Anuj gets a panic attack; decides to punish himself for breaking promise given to Anupamaa

Star Plus show ‘Anupamaa’ is getting quite interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show revolves around Toshu blaming Anuj for everything wrong that happened to the family. Anuj decides to speak to the Shah family. He ends up at Shah house and has a huge argument with Vanraj. Amidst the argument he confesses his feelings for Anu and states that he loves her.

In the upcoming episode, Anuj maintains that he loves Anu but she doesn’t love him even a bit because her heart is full with the love for her family. He tells the family that all this while Anu has only been giving love to everyone but she doesn’t deserve what she received in return. He asks Vanraj to leave his adamant behaviour as he is mad when it comes to Anu and he would make sure to set everything straight in his way. Vanraj yells at him to leave. Anu listens to his confession and starts walking directionless. Samar follows her.

Anuj realizes that he broke the promise that he made to Anupamaa. He feels guilty of what he has done. He decides to punish himself. He sees a gang of goons and try to provoke them so that they beat him and he can get the punishment. Anuj suffers a breakdown.

Samar talks to Anupamaa and tells her that she should talk and vent out the frustration or anything that she is going through. Anu bursts out in tears. Samar consoles her.

Anuj reaches home in a devastated state. GK gets worries. Anuj hugs GK and tells him about what happened. Furthermore, Samar tells Anupamaa that Anuj loves her a lot and she should atleast respect his feelings.
