Ankit Gera to be eased off from Pratigya?

Seems like Star Plus' Pratigya produced by Spellbound Productions and Walkwater Productions, is having a tense time with the personal differences of the actors.

All are aware about the recent break up of Ankit Gera and Monika Singh and we also knew that the duo was working together even after their separation. But the recent buzz says that the couple is not comfortable working these days which became more evident after a certain incident that happened.

A source says, "There was a scene where Monika had to slap his on screen son Adarsh (Ankit Gera) and when the scene was shot Monika slapped Ankit quite fiercely which shocked the whole crew. But Monika later apologized for the mistake as she did not really intend to do it. But the incident was so serious that Ankit informed the Production House that he henceforth will not be doing any scenes with Monica."

We also hear that after the breakup, Monika has already put down the papers and she has informed the Production House that she is no more comfortable working with Ankit. But the slap scene worsened the situation and the Production House has finally decided to give an end to the character of Adarsh.

The creatives have decided to end the character by sending Adarsh to Dubai.

We contacted Ankit Gera and he said, "This is news to me because I had actually asked for 15 days leave as I am going abroad for some work. Also I have my next shoot date in hand with me."

Well, let's wait and watch how Adarsh's character is going to develop in the show and whether the character will make an exit.
