Ankit Gera, who was last seen in Bigg Boss season 9 and was also popular for his character in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke will soon be seen in an upcoming episode of Big Magic's Akbar Birbal.

Ankit has been roped in to play an important character. He will be seen playing the character of a king, who will come in the month of Shravan to the kingdom of Akbar. His stay at the kingdom and how things turn into a rather funny situation is what is worth the watch.

We contacted Ankit, who confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I am shooting for Akbar Birbal in an episodic."

akbar birbal rocks! glad that old tansen is back. missing urvashi though. i miss rani saheba jahapanah scenes too! want more of them. they are super cute together as a couple.
