Alia Bhatt shares her glow selfie as she aces '108 suryanamaskars' : Pic

Yoga is a popular way for Bollywood stars like Shilpa Shetty, Alia Bhatt, and Kareena Kapoor Khan to stay in shape. Alia, who gave birth to her first child in November 2022, is frequently photographed by paparazzi outside Mumbai's famous yoga studio. The actress has started practising yoga again, and her trainer Anshuka frequently posts images and videos of her yoga sessions. She recently shared a video of Alia performing her first postpartum hammock inversion. 

Following their successful completion of 108 Surya Namaskaras, Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt were photographed by Alia's yoga instructor and shared on social media.

Anshuka posted two selfies taken by Alia Bhatt on her Instagram page. In the first, Anshuka and Shaheen Bhatt smile broadly as they pose behind Alia, who is flaunting the glow on her face from completing 108 Surya Namaskaras. In the second image, all three of them can be seen shining accurately after working out and captioned it as, “Todays happy faces brought to you by 108 Surya Namaskaras."

Anshuka also shared a brief video clip of Alia Bhatt completing the sun salutations on her Instagram story. After performing her first 108 Surya Namaskaras, Anshuka is seen asking Alia how she feels. “Powerful.” In the video the Gangubai Kathiawadi star is seen with her hair tied back in a bun, and she wore a green tank top, and black tights for her workout. The video clip also gives a glimpse of Alia and Ranbir’s beautiful living room. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in April 2023. The movie will clash with Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan 2' at the box office. She will make her Hollywood debut in the film 'Heart Of Stone', which will release on Netflix. Apart from Alia, the movie also stars Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in the lead role. Heart of Stone will release on Netflix on August 11, 2023.
