Akshay Kumar's intense look for Bachchhan Paandey was finalised after 8 tryouts

Bachchhan Paandey, starring Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon, is set to hit theatres in just a few weeks. The official trailer was revealed a few weeks ago, as were several songs. While Kriti Sanon portrays a journalist in the film, Akshay plays a mobster and has a tough and gritty look. The trailer was a success with viewers since it presents a fresh and fascinating plot.

Akshay's style was finalised after the creative team explored several combinations, according to a recent report in Etimes. Akshay Kumar's look was zeroed after nearly eight distinct look tryouts. In the film, the actor is seen with a scar.

According to reports, Akshay and Sajid were eager to attempt something new for the look of Bachchhan Paandey, so they sat down with the creative team to explore how to bring their vision of the character's look to life. For a long time, the crew was looking for the right appearance for the baddie Bachchhan Paandey. They settled on this look for Akshay after experimenting with at least eight different possible permutations.

Akshay and Kriti's new song, 'Meri Jaan Meri Jaan' was out just a few days ago, following another song, 'Maar Khayegaa.' The songs have gained worldwide popularity and popular cricketer David Warner also showed his skills and posted a short video on his Insta account vibing on to Akshay Kaumar's song Maar Khayegaa in his intense style. 

Apart from this, Akshay Kumar has many other projects in the pipeline. His upcoming films include Prithviraj, Ram Setu, and Raksha Bandhan.
