Aisi Deewangi Dekhi Nahi Kahi Actors And Producers in A LEGAL BATTLE!

Producer Aastha said to India Forums,"My quote for your ready reference-----

We Producers trusted new comer Pranav & Jyoti and did push their names as leads of our show to the channel at the time when they had no work. They happily accepted the terms & signed the contract saying that people don't get chance in Bollywood even after spending their whole life and they are grateful that we are providing them with such a grand platform. We kept healthy communication with our entire team so with them as well. Surprisingly during complete one year, they did feel very comfortable and humane with us. Pranav & Jyoti greeted us the new year (2018) over phone and sms and asked us to make a new contract with absolute new terms because as they stated; they were now so called stars.

We had no clue what was running in their head & Suddenly, Cintaa marks us a mail on 9th January 2018, blackmailing us by denying to send their member artist (Pranav/Jyoti) on shoot, without even hearing and meeting us;when our shooting was stand still, Crores on stake and telecast was in trouble. One episode not telecasted means penalty of lakhs of rupees and goodwill.

2. When Pranav & Jyoti could not blackmail us to get new contract with new terms; then with the help of Cintaa, They produced a fraud medical certificate (stating they are in depression n mental breakdown condition) on 9th January 2018. However, through out complete year they never mentioned any such kind of ailment ever. surprisingly in the medical prescription which we received on 9th January 2018, they both had same doctor, same disease at same time with same symptoms; however we already had check up of Pranav one day before on 8th Jan 2018 very much with his consent, where in front of doctor he himself denied any kind of physical/mental disease, which is evidently written in doctor's medical certificate of 8th Jan, which we have.

3. We offered Cintaa to check our log sheets to check working hours but Cintaa denied to cross check.

4. After show went off air on 2 Feb 2018; the very much upset other fellow artists of my show Aisi Deewangi met us. They reported that "one of Cintaa member Nupur Alankar met them on sets of show while Pranav/Jyoti were busy defaming show/producers by claiming inhuman treatment with them. They denied all allegations personally to Cintaa member Nupur but Cintaa in any press release did not put across their point of view and before agreeing blindly to lead artist, cintaa didn't verify facts with them. We have statements from all team members with us in all authentic forms.

4. I was getting complaint from fellow actors during last month's of shoot that Pranav/Jyoti were suffering from superiority complex and they were bashing them calling them less important so I was not surprised when in our meeting with Cintaa; Cintaa preached us discrimination & to pamper leads.

5. Cintaa has opened a mini court of its own kind. I shall request Cintaa to public the video recording of our meetings so that everybody shall see truth. 

6. Pranav & Jyoti have snatched work from their fellow actors and 100 crew member by shutting down the show. The show was providing survival to almost 100 families.

 

7. As per allegations made by the artists, cintaa & their lawyer regarding inhuman conditions on sets; We shall duely inform them that the team consist of 100 people from artist to light men to spot boy. Who were all happily working since one year. We shall remind them that Pranav & Jyoti were given separate vanity van & all other comforts, even a mini health club, but still only these two suddenly felt inhuman after one year coz they wanted a new contract.They further breached their legal contract by defaming us.

For Producers of Tv/film feternity at large I wish to say-

These words are just to bring in notice of all the producers that how Pranav/Jyoti kind of actors do blackmailing & criminal conspiracies to push their demands and back bites their own nurturer, after getting work.

For Cintaa at large I wish to say- 

-Instead guiding their members wrongly; Cintaa should go door to door and help actors get work. And, teach their members to be reliable and professional.

-Unfortunately, Cintaa again not only made two actors end up hunting work but also others fellow actors of show "Aisi Deewangi" were left hunting for survival . New aspirants must be careful.

Answering yet another baseless allegation made by Cintaa against us; After show got off air, we after receiving payments from channel have cleared the money of every team member with the due course of time and we uphold the NOC's from all of them. 

We all Producers; including Piyush Gupta has one stand for the complaint raised by us expecting justice.
