Instead of an adaptation, perhaps an original series on the concept of vampires should be presented that could be as good as TVD and not a pale imitation.

1.PKYEK is the best version of Indian supernatural show and it deserves to be recognized atleast due to an original storyline.
2.many writers have awesome ideas (including me) to continue pkyek characters and give a new charm to the story, create highly appreciable show better than any of the shows running right now, provided the right equipment.
3.any English series can be utmost dubbed into the required language. Trying to recreate it with different and matchless cast and story changes will lead to the destruction of both the original and the new show's charm. Story just doesn't fit in the right place.
4.if the story is anyway going to be modified, why not create an entirely new show with a genuine concept..? Many aspiring writers and creative advisers should be given a fair chance to present at least one trailer of their story as a final presentation of their concept and story lines.
5.according to me, there is a fair chance of creating history (achieving a new milestone) with pkyek 2, with introduction of few new combo of concepts and better vfx. India can be explored in various fields through it provided the team agrees to try something new.
6.true PKYEK and TVD fans can never digest it if this unwanted trial fails to meet expectations even slightly less.
7.there are already many fan stories which if merged in parts in right combo, can create the most beautiful, genuine and possibly historic storyline.

Summary : we want something good as well as new, not the same boring thingy with slightly altered versions of the same backgrounds, scenes, etc etc. Give us something attractive dude, something which defines an entirely new creativity level.

Indian TV fans have seen better, "Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani", they didnt accept other TV shows promoted as remakes of American TV shows. I dont see d appeal with this one either. Honestly after watching Abhay Raichand, Siddharth Raichand n Maithili who wud care about another Indian show promoted using TVD. They r enough n most memorable as Indian vampires despite not so good VFX.
