After a year long tiff, Salman Khan and Rishi Kapoor to sort out their differences?

Superstar Salman Khan and veteran actor Rishi Kapoor have been involved in a cold war for more than a year now. The two actors developed differences last year and ever since they haven’t been on talking terms. 

It all started last year at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception, where reportedly Khan did not greet the veteran actor. Next, we know, Rishi got into an ugly spat with Salman’s sister in law Seema Khan, which obviously didn’t go down well with Khan who is known to be overprotective of his family.

The Bharat actor was so upset with this incident that he even gave a response to the veteran actor by subtly stating in an interview that he does not give regard to a person who doesn’t respect him or his family for any matter. He said that there are only a few families from whom he has not got that respect and love. Khan also added that some people from the industry will never be welcomed in his house.

Post this cold war of words, it seemed almost impossible for the two actors to reconcile. However, the Salman-Rishi patch up doesn’t seem too far.

Recent reports from Spotboye suggest that Khan has been taking the latter’s health updates, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer in New York, from common friends and a source close to the Bharat actor said, “Though Salman Khan is not on good terms with Rishi Kapoor and family, but health of Rishi Kapoor is a concern for each and every member of the industry including Salman. And the actor is eagerly waiting for him to come back to India so that he can meet up with him, keeping all the Past aside.”

This is certainly great news and we should be expecting a happy selfie from the two actors very soon!
