Adil Khan files defamation case against Rakhi Sawant

The cold war between Rakhi Sawant and Adil Khan has been earning the headlines. They both are throwing allegations towards each other. Recently, Rakhi Sawant went to Umrah and stated people are gaining fame in her name. On the other hand, Adil Khan revealed that contrary to Rakhi's 100 crore defamation case, Adil has also filed a defamation case against her for demonizing his reputation.

When asked about the possibility of filing a complaint against Rakhi, Adil Khan responded by saying that if he is falsely implicated in a 100 crore defamation case, then he would also consider taking legal action against Rakhi.

Adil's lawyer then went into further detail regarding the defamation case they had filed against Rakhi. They explained that they had invoked Section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) for the defamation case against Rakhi, seeking criminal prosecution against her for damaging Adil's reputation.

Reflecting on the emotions he felt when entering the court, Adil recalled the haunting memory of being brought to the same court while wearing a black mask. He vividly remembered that day, down to the detail of wearing a yellow t-shirt. Adil emphasized his desire for justice, expressing his belief that the truth would ultimately prevail.

Regarding Rakhi's return from Umrah and her comments about people trying to gain attention in her name, Adil declined to comment at the moment. He suggested that he might address the issue in the future but did not want to comment on it presently.
