Aayush Sharma slams death rumors of grandfather Pandit Sukh Ram Sharma

it was only yesterday when we reported that actor Aayush Sharma's grandfather and veteran politician, Pandit Sukh Ram Sharma was recently admitted to the AIIMS hospital in Delhi after he suffered a brain stroke. The report also stated that Pandit Sukh Ram was airlifted from Mandi to Delhi. His health started deteriorating on Friday afternoon, after which the family decided to airlift him to Delhi on Saturday.

However, earlier today, reports started circulating that the veteran politician had passed away. But a while ago, Sharma took to his Instagram handle, to pen a strong-worded statement, slamming the rumours. The actor’s statement read, “My grandfather Pandit Sukh Ram is a strong soul and fighting back bravely. To all the reports and rumours, in this testing time for our entire family, I kindly request everyone to pray for his well-being and refrain the media from paying heed to any false news.

On a closing note, he wrote, “We would keep you updated and informed about his health at every step. Heartfelt gratitude for all the prayers.”

We continue to hope that he recovers at the soonest.
