The latest buzz in the media is that the very talented Aanchal Munjal who is currently seen
playing the role of Raavi in Sony TV's daily soap Parvarrish is soon going to
be seen playing the role of grown up Pihu in Balaji Telefilms popular daily
soap Bade Acche Laggte Hai.Our source from the production house informed us about the storyline of the show, "Bade Acche Lagte Hai is heading towards a leap in the show. The first leap will be of 8 years, whereby Pihu will be shown as 16 years and soon after a month or so, yet another leap would take place for which a 16 year old Pihu will be seen turning to 20 years old."
To know the whole story we contacted Aanchal Munjal who was unavailable for any comments. But luckily we got in touch with her mother who clarified, "Yes, Aanchal was approached to play the role of Pihu in Bade Acche Lagte Hai, but due to some terms and conditions it did not work out with the production house."

i want ekta to find a perfect pihu like amritha to play the teen pihu and a elder one as well. I always believe ekta is perfect at casting, i hope she doesn't make any mistakes this time.

Great! I would hate her to have played Pihu. Want Ekta to cast as perfect as Amrita. No offense but Aanchal is OTT. Also, 9 year leap sounds good! And what about the twins? Who are playing the roles of new junior Kapoors? Fingers crossed it isn't played by Parichay Kids.

well amritha has done very great job in a short span she is a charmer like ram n sakshi.. though i was sure of ektha's perfect casting wished Pihu shouldn't be her.no matches... well youthful shows are quite promising to her. her attitude is perfect for those. . Great news.

Perhaps Aanchal will not suit the character of Pihu. So it's good that she did not accept the role.

Thank u TB for the confirmation..yayy thank god she isnt coming as pihu..no offence to anchal but she simply will not suit in pihu's char... Teenage pihu is fine nd would love to see RaYa handling their kids but plz no leap after that..not interested in pihu's love story..
