9X presents 'Vodafone Yeh Hai Jalwa'

Continuing with its promise to bring to its viewers bigger better and fresher entertainment, 9X the hindi general entertainment channel announce the launch of a new dance reality show, the first of its kind - ‘Vodafone Yeh Hai Jalwa’. The show has a stunning superstar lineup that includes some of the most popular faces of television including Shweta Tiwari, Prachi Desai, Ronit Roy, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Rohit roy, Sharad Malhotra, Rakhi Sawant, Varun Badola and for the first time on Indian television Rosa Catalano. The show also has two of the most popular female leads of Indian Television – Smriti Irani and Saakshi Tanwar- as hosts of the show.

The format of this show is completely different form all other reality shows. Vodafone Yeh Hai Jalwa presents a platform showcasing not only famous television stars, but also common people from different walks of life. Each Jalwa team will have six participants. The teams comprise of group folks like housewives, slum-dwelling kids, professional dancers, white-collar executives, blue-collar workers, senior citizens, college kids, aspiring actors and international dancers.

Commenting on the show, Indrani Mukerjee, Founder and CEO – INX Media says, “Vodafone Yeh Hai Jalwa promises to be one of the biggest reality show of its kind. It comprises of a great star cast whom the audience has been seeing for the last six to eight years entertaining them.
