This is a trilogy of Mann his
brother Vicky and Adi. I hope you guys have enjoyed Mann's story. Now it is
Vicky's. I will be introducing one more character in the story Faz. Though her's
and Adi's story will be running parallel.

Introducing - Nargis
A lawyer from new jersey, US. She did her law from harvard law 6 years back. is 5 ft 9 inches, dark haired green eyed beauty of Indian origin but looks more italian. dusky skin that is glowing, she does not need to use her beauty to negotiate contracts for her client. An expert in International Business law with laws and policies on International Business of major countries at the her finger tips, she is calm, cool and collected person who thinks before she speaks.
Introducing Faz -
A chartered accountant with KB Technologies, she has been the youngest chartered accountant to clear her CA in india at the ripe young age of 23. She then did her studies of Accountancy and became a CPA qualified to work in US, UK, Canada and Europe. she joined KB a year back after she was consulted by them for their US accounts and taxes for the CEO M S Khurana and President technical V S Khurana.
She handles all the budget, audit and accounts department for the whole group and has 20 chartered under her to handle the volume.
Despite the bubbly, fun loving exterior, the numbers of any account of any of the company she deals with are at the back of her hand and the tax planning she has done for KB has resulted in not just profits but effective cost cutting methods that have become case studies in CA exams in the country. This genius fools people into thinking from her casual clothes and wild accessories into believing she is frivolous till they she her in the Income Tax office where she is a professional in formal attire and an attitude that goes with it.Chapter 1
Vicky after putting the phone down wonders, I hope I didn't make a mistake playing this prank on him. Then shrugs his shoulders in his characteristic fashion. They are grown ups, they will work it out. Looks at the clock and sees hmm 7pm. Time to hit the bar. He had called up the model he knew and was not surprised when she had agreed to meet him for drinks at Ritz where she had a fashion show this afternoon at 7:30pm.
He had showered, worn his Armani suit, Breitling watch, Feragamo shoes and put on his fav Tom ford. He knew he looked good without being cocky about it. One of the photographer of the model he had dated had told him he could become a fantastic model and had laughed his guts out at the thought of wearing a boxer and posing and that photo seen by his Daadi. His Daadi would have given another one of her Khandaan ki Izzat lecture.
He had had a fruitful day with the clients and had ironed out the dings in the architecture. It was mostly renegotiation that the clients were looking at and he knew how to deal with that. He had been satisfied at having the upper hand in that game. He knew when to play hard ball and when to ease up. He had technical skills like no one. He would ideally have loved to be with his computer and designing architecture for the software that they developed but operations and dealing with people was not something he could avoid so he had paid attention to Mann when he did presentation and negotiations on contract. His brother was smooth. He wished he could be as good as he was. Of course, he was a bigger hit with women than his brother and his roguish charm usually got them to his side of thinking faster and today of course was one of those days where the client was a woman.
He would love to get into her skirts but he had a code that till project got complete he didn't mess around. Too much complication.
Well living in Paris had its charms and women was obviously one of them. Best food, best wine and best women.
He decided to pick a bauble for the model (what was her name? Sarah! right) something like a bracelet one of the gift shops of the hotel, wanders into Hermes and picks up a Breloque en mtal argent palladi for her. As he goes towards the counter to pay for it, he sees a tall, dark haired woman, trying out a scarf, catches her eyes and wrinkles his nose at the scarf she had just tried. She looked surprised and raised eyebrow when he points to the scarf silently in the mirror and says comme ci comme ca by putting his palm down with all fingers wide open and moving them put and down. She then tries another one and he says..ok with a curl of his mouth then then she picks up another one..which looks perfect on her complimenting her skin tone and color of her eye which were surprise surprise emerald green and gives a thumbs up sign, smiles, winks then turns and walks off towards the register to pay for the bauble he had just bought.
The girl, whom he had helped came up behind him to pay and he was surprised to find the scarf he had approved of was not the one she had in her hand. He shrugged and thought to himself you win some, you lose some.
He then walked towards the bar with the package in hand where Sarah was waiting for him.
As he kisses Sarah on the lips and greets her, he notices through the corner of his eyes that the girl from the shop had also come into the bar and went to up a group of people sitting at the booth. She seemed to have a displeased look on her face. He gives the bauble to Sarah, orders champagne for both of them toasts and takes a sip while for some obscure reason his eyes dart to the girl facing him in the booth across the hall.
She looked at him at the same time and their eyes clash, hers seem to be accusing him of some crime which he didn't even know he had committed. He looks away and tried to pay attention to Sarah but she seems to have lost her magic for him and he could not wait to end the evening soon enough but he had invested enough on the bauble to atleast enjoy her company for tonight and finishes his champagne in a swig as if it is whiskey and ushers Sarah out of the bar. He could not resist one last look at the girl and found she was glancing at him as well, winks at her.
Nargis was absolutely disgusted and almost choked on the glass of coke she was having. Nargis did not drink and this was a lawyers convention meet so she wanted to maintain a decorum. Nargis had come to Paris to attend the lawyers meet on International Business laws and understand how her biggest client will benefit from this, as they had a company in Paris as well as in new york. She had especially come with the new policies President Sarkozy had formulated this year. It had opened but better opportunities for off shoring and the legal standing there in.
She could not believe anyone could be that obnoxious, first in the gift shop and then now in the bar. He had the audacity to wink? Who did he think he was? Eros himself? Well I guess these Frenchmen were like that. They were born flirts she had been warned when she had embarked on the journey to France.
Nargis had been working with Lloyd, Boyd and Floyd PLC since completing her Law degree 6 years back and was now a senior partner with the firm. She had also gone to them straight from Harvard Law to their office in Boston and now had moved up and to india 2 years back to head the India office to handle work for their big client based in New York and Paris with headquarters in India. Being an Indian she was naturally given the choice to work from India which suited her fine as that brought her closer to her grandparents who now lived in Delhi as her parents were with her brother back in US in New Jersey. This was the for same client she had come to the Meet as her services essentially involved handling contracts that required thorough knowledge on International Business law. She was the main advisor for the contracts that the client entered into in France and US.
This Meet was for two days and today after it got over, she was wandering in the lobby and gift shops before dinner time. Tomorrow she was off to New York for a week where her client were entering into a new contract and she had to look into the contract before the client came to new york to sign it on Monday, week from tomorrow.
