Karan V Grover, who was last seen in Colors Tv's show 'Udaariyan' is all set to make a comeback with yet another show. Karan who will be seen potraying the role of a superstar in Star Bharat's upcoming show 'Bohot pyaar karte hain' reacted to all the comparisons drawn between his show and Ekta Kapoor's popular show 'Ye hai mohhabatein' which starred Karan Patel, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Ruhanika Dhawan in lead roles.

We asked Karan about how does he take all these comparisons and the actor said, ''See, comparisons are always okay for me. Ye hai mohhabatein was a great show. It had a faboulous run and was very successful too. And ofcourse it was made by Sandiip himself. Ekta Mam and Sandiip sir struck gold with Ye hai mohhabatein. If we are compared to that show, it is absolutely fine. If we can provide that level of entertainment, I will be more than happy. There is a child that connects the hero and the heroine in our show and that is why all these comparisons are being made. However, it is not exactly the same. There can be a thread or an element. But there are many other elements in our show. Elements like Indu and her journey, Ritesh and his journey. An entire set up of a movie star. Ye hai mohhabatein did not have the upward and downward journey of an artist. If you ever notice this, a child's developement is done differently in the absence of a father and a mother, this too will be a major difference. The second part is, an artist is not always successful. When he goes down, his relationships too go for a toss. Everything around him changes. Right from his personal relationships to his parental relationships, to his money and his life, he just loses it. We have'nt seen this side to Ritesh until now and we don't know if this side will ever come up. But this side can be explored. So I believe there are a lot of elements that you will get to see in our show.''
