Maddam Sir controversy: Gulki Joshi share memes & fans’ opinion after Shilpa Shinde takes a dig at her

The controversy between ‘Maddam Sir’ actresses Gulki Joshi and Shilpa Shinde has taken an ugly turn. It all started with Shilpa Shinde expressing her disappointment on her role in Sony SAB show ‘Maddam Sir’. India Forums had asked Gulki Joshi and Sonali Naik about their thoughts on Shilpa’s claims. 

In an exclusive conversation, Gulki and Sonali stated that their show is on air since many years and that they’ve maintained the quality of the show. Gulki refused to comment further and said, “Audiences are better judges and fifteen minutes of fame can rest in peace and that’s all I want to say”.

Well, this didn’t go down well with Shilpa. She posted a video on social media and put across her side of the story. She said that the show’s TRP increased after she entered the show and her per day fees is more than what the actresses in the interview earn in the entire month. Shilpa also claimed that people (referring to Gulki and Sonali) had issues as she was roped in for the show and thus they didn’t come on sets for a few days and thus the makers had to shoot with duplicates.

Now, Gulki has been re-sharing the stories of her fans who’re supporting her in the controversy. One fan claimed that the TRP of the show was always 0.5 points, however, the same had reduced to 0.4 because of the ongoing exams and the increased TRPs have nothing to do with Shilpa’s entry in the show.
