This is definitely not Dhoni's decision or interference it is wayyy different then how he deals with things. 

Rutu really needs to calm down, have talk with everyone else.

Make a proper playing 11 and not shuffle much, and most importantly start trusting Ali, Daryl, Dube more with the bowl. 

& stop giving so many overs to Shardul and Tushar if they aren't having a good day, bcoz even if they may take wickets we can't afford them when we don't have runs on board to defend.  

Bro bowling nd batting decision are completely of Ruturaj Ms has clearly instructed him that he wouldn't interfere in those decision.. 

Ms is guiding him only (in fielding set up) baki he take suggestions from him bit most decision related batting line up, bowling, fielding are taken by him only (when he became captain he jad said this in an interview how ms pass captaincy baton to him) nd during ladt lsg match one csk skipper he himself in that interview I guess has mentioned how MS has given sole right to him as per Mahi Rutu needs to learn captaincy all himself which is fare though 

So win loss is due to Rutu only
