hello hope you are well.

how about tying up the loose ends of this story... what happened in those 5 years and give an ending  to this story.

Well, thanks you asked that. So there is another big reveal in the story coming up though. My hint to you would be, things are absolutely not how they seem like

Chapter 2

G- I dressed up as a “Man” not a boy

M- Whatever, you still looked like a 15-year boy. That was embarrassing for me to sneakily meet a 15-year-old boy in a forest

He says dryly as Geet tries to suppress her laughter

Both of them were those happy after so long…so very long…maybe an eternity

Maan comes closer to kiss Geet

She stops him

G- Arre office hai!

M- Toh ghar chalein?

G- Abhi?

M- Haan, waise bhi ab kaam ka mann nahi aur nanu and sis se bhi toh tumhe milaana hai

Maan walks out of his cabin proudly holding Geet’s hand in his

Geet’s hear feels elated

This is all surreal to her

They walk towards his Porche and Maan sits on the driving seat while starting the car

Maan’s take the long and scenic route among the Ocean side

The cool Ocean breeze is kissing Geet’s soft cheeks

Geet thinks in her heart that this man has everything that money can buy and also in terms of looks and Intelligence then why is he still with her, that too even after 5 years

But his presence is such that it automatically brings a smile on her face and the scenic view and the beautiful Greek island are just making everything all the more perfect

M-Geet

She comes out her thought as Maan takes her name

M- Ghar mein sab kaise hain?

G- sab theek hain. You know naa….unse mera zyada kuch acha relation raha nahi as they are very much close to Akhil and his family

Maan sighs

G- But haan, meri sister Meher ki shaadi pakki ho gai hai

M- Haan pata lagaya maine…Varun naa…ladka acha hai

Geet nods

They reach his beautiful mansion

It’s an Ocean facing beautiful piece of art with huge gardens, pools and even a private beach

Inside the mansion everything is aesthetically perfect

The ceilings almost reach the sky and they even have chandeliers

Geet had only read about these kind of homes

She always thought Akhil’s house was big but this house could accommodate 10 of the Akhil’s homes

She was feeling tad nervous with all the richness

But one look at Maan’s face who was brimming with happiness she could feel at ease, his presence would bring her back to the known familiarity

They cross a huge hall and and climb a huge staircase to reach one of the rooms with a strong and exquisite wooden door

M- Welcome to my room…..sorry my madame….our room

He says while bowing to her

She walks into a room which was as big as her whole house

The room even had two sections

Maan plopped on the bed which might be having 3 mattresses and was soft like feather and drags her along too

The room had huge French windows and a balcony facing the blue ocean

As she sits, he keeps his head on her lap and comfortablyl ays down after removing his tie and coat

She notices a photo collage of the goofy pics they clicked during their picnic while she lived in his house on his bed stand

She is looking at him as he lays on her lap with his eyes closed

It looks like he has attained all the peace and calm of the universe

She couldn’t help her smile from creeping on her lips and also, she is unable to help her heart from overflowing with love

She is intently looking at him and thinking of the time when he was disguised and he used to nag him to change his look

She ruffles his hair and says

G- Kaha than naa iss look mein better lagte ho

He groans

M-Hmm

He is too comfortable to even reply

A maid comes and knocks on the door saying that the lunch is served

Mann gets up

M- Chalo Geet lunch kar lete hain aur sab se mil bhi lena

She nods feeling a little nervous

As she walks into the dining room

She could see a huge dining table with around 16 hardwood chairs with silverware on them

She notices an old man sitting on the chair

The man has a full white beard

The man is not like any other old men, she expected him to be a chubby short old man like any other nanaji and dadajis but he was a tall stout man.

He resembled Mana so much that she could even imagine that how would Maan look when he gets older

On another side near the old man is a girl on a wheelchair

She must be in her late 20’s

She must be Maan’s sister, Geet thinks

M- Geet this is my family

The old man and the young girl look up to look at Geet

She is feeling conscious with those yes on her

She is feeling judged and ranked

M- This is my grandpa

She lowers her head with respect and says

G- Hello….

With a pause she adds

G- Sir

Coz she is confused what to call Maan’s grandfather and also, he looked very strict and stoic

But his one warm smile changes all her apprehensions about him

His smile his just like Maan’s, just changes his whole facea nd he has a genuine warmth and care in his eyes too

G- And then here is my sweet sis Charu

Geet looks and Charu and gives her a huge grin but is only returned a plastic smile

Geet feels something is not right but can’t exactly put a finger what
