Vasundra was chanting mantras in front of the matarani idol in her room she fold her hands and says: matarani ab sab apky haath mein hai. When she had admitted in hospital she has bribed doctor to inject sleeping medicine to raman so that they can easily take his samples. And in next week she has taken ishita for routine check-up and in same way doctor took ishita eggs to fertilize using raman samples. Now that doctors successfully placed the baby in the uterus of ishita vasundra is praying that ishita gets pregnant soon.
Her phone rings it was from the doctor who has done the procedure. She takes the call and says: stop calling me doctor i am giving you money today. Dare you try to double cross me. She ends the call and turns. She gets shocked seeing mr bhalla standing there.
Otherside, raman was taking care of ishita as per doctor instructions. Ishita was not getting what is happening to her body as she is feeling changes in her body and uneasiness. Raman: abhi isse zyada kuch nhe doctor told na that kisi bhi tarhan ki exertion nhe karni. He winks at her making her shyly smile.

Ishita chuckles and says: do you remember how you were ogling me when we met first time. Raman smiles and says: mrs kumar. Well you are still mrs kumar. He winks at her. Ishita gets confused and says: no i am mrs bhalla.
Raman caresses her hairs and says: jaan my full name is raman kumar bhalla. Bhalla is my sir name real name is raman kumar so you are mrs kumar now. Ishita punches him and says: you can never change. Raman met his forehead with hers and asks: do you want me to change jaan.
Ishita shook her head and says: dont change yourself raman.. i love the way you are. Raman smiles listening to her. Ishita plays with his fingers and says: raman what make you scared. Raman looks at her confused. Ishita continue to says: aise hi. I am scared of fire raman. You cant imagine how i felt when whole train was filled with fire and smoke i thought I will not be able to survive. She shudder remembering the accident. Ishita nods and says: bolo na raman what make you scared.

Otherside, mr bhalla walks towards his mother and asks: kise paise ?? Doctor?? What is all this beeji. Vasundra was not getting how to make excuse. She was getting anxious. Mr bhalla looks at the file on table. He tries to take it but vasundra hide it behind her. Mr bhalla gets more doubtful seeing vasundra behavior. Mr bhalla was of short of words not knowing how to react to all this he sits back and says: raman is madly in love with ishita i have seen his state when ishita was hospitalized how will he bear that ishita will die. Vasundra looks away and says: zinda to rahyga na wo atleast om but if we dont do this then he will not live. Aur tum bhool rahy ho raman ka hone wala bacha uski jeene ki wajah hoga. Raman toote ga zaroor ishita kay jane say per time is a big healer everything will get fine one day.
Mr bhalla: mera bacha zinda rahyga na beeji. I cant lose him not for ishita life also. Vasundra nods and forward her hand in front of mr bhalla and says: promise me om that you will never let this truth out. Mr bhalla nods.
Soon time start passing, raman was busy in taking care of ishita while mr bhalla was feeling guilty about hiding a big matter. He makes his heart understand that he doing all this for his son well being. A month later ishita and raman gets ready to leave for office. Vasundra looks at them and thinks: procedure ko month hogaya hai how i will know did ishita got pregnant or not. I couldn't take her to hospital for check up. Mata rani bus apse hi umeed hai.
During the day, raman and ishita was busy with office work. Ishita shows the design presentation to all. Ramam feels proud seeing ishita working so efficiently. Ishita was feeling dizzy. Raman notice her swaying he immediately rushes to her side and held her before she fall down. He gets worried seeing her unconscious. He gathers her in his arms and rushes outside to take her to hospital. He reaches the hospital in no time while ishita was taken inside for check up.
Mr bhalla informs at home about ishita fainting all rushes to hospital vasundra was feeling a little hope that ishita will be pregnant. All were outside waiting for doctor. Soon doctor comes out raman was the first one to react he rushes to him and asks about ishita. Doctor smiles and declares: its good news mr bhalla your wife is pregnant. Raman gets shocked listening to him while bhallas rejoices the news.
