The story starts when Geet comes to know about Maan's past....basically continued from the
current track when Geet shows Maan few girl's picture and when he doesn't show interest in
anyone she gets bugged.....then accidentally Geet gets a picture of Sameera and thinks she is the one....she shows it to Maan and he becomes furious....he wonders from where she got the
picture.....he starts to shout at her very badly....Geet will be shocked that he behaved this badly for such a small thing and thats when Dadi will enter....she will get to see Sameera's photo and will then understand everything....dadi will tell Maan's past to Geet....
Maan's past....
Yes!! She is the one.
"Who is the one Maan" asked Dadi.
Maan being caught by his Dadi when he saw a girl does not understand how to get rid of her never ending questions. He quietly leaves the place saying aapki choti bahurani aa rahi aapse milne.
It is the engagement ceremony of her younger grandson. He loved a girl and decided to marry her. Everyone waited for Maan to choose one girl for himself for a long time but he failed to. He never found anyone good enough. So after a long wait, Maan convinced Daadi to get his younger brother married and promised her that he will marry once he finds a girl of his taste. And due to pressure from choti bahurani's parents her younger grandson, Dadi agrees to get them married first.
"arrey beta, woh kaun hai?"
"Daadima, woh, woh Sameera hai meri cousin". replied choti bahurani.
"Lagtha hai kisiko woh bahut pasand aa gayi" said Dadi smiling mischeviously pointing towards Maan.
"Daadi maa, aap bhi na, bro aur ladki, ho hi nahi sakta".
"hum bachpan se jaante hain usko aur uski choice bhi pata hai humein" said Dadi.
"Yeh toh bahut khushi ki baat hai, agar aap kahe toh kya hum unki baat karein Sameera ke ghar
waaln se?" asked choti bahurani who was too happy for her cousin.
Maan was busy in seeing Sameera and was trying to catch the conversation between her and her
friends. He was impressed by her simplicity. Unlike others who were trying to display and exhibit their status, this girl seemed to have worn something that she liked he thought and smiled.
"Hey woh dekho MSK the most eligible bachelor of Delhi" said one girl.
"Kya diktha hai yaar, kitna handsome hai aur hot bhi" said another girl.
"Kahin bhi jao, ladkiyaan uspe fida hoti hai, kaun hogi woh khush naseeb ladki jis par woh fida hoga" said the first girl.
"stop it you both. Tum dono guys ko check out karne ke alava aur bhi kuch karte ho? Lets discuss something else. Thodi to sharam karo". said Sameera. She didn't even care to look at him inspite of what she heard from these girls.
Maan was startled by her response. "Ek baar bhi mudke nahi dekha mujhe, I am impressed. Daadima ab toh aap khush ho jaayegi" said Maan to himself.
He was trying to spot her again, but couldn't.
"Kitni der laga di, ek toh tumne mujhe yahaan bula diya aur upar se itni der laga di".
"Laksh, hum hamare ghar waalon ko kab bataye ki hamaari shaadi ho chuki hai".
"Samee woh toh tum hi bata sakthi ho. Tumhare ghar waale mujhe pasand hi nahi karte aur tum
darti ho ki woh humein juda kar denge. Ab bhala main kya kar sakta hoon. Maine toh tumse keh diya tha ki hum sab kuch chodke kahin door chale jaayenge, par tum toh isi baat pe ade ho ki tum unko bina bataaye chodke nahi aa sakthi. Mushkil se maine tumhe shaadi ke liye raazi karva di, warna tum toh".
"Shut up Laksh, I am not for eloping from house. I will have to let my parents know since they are
the reason for my existence. I strongly believe that we owe atleast this t our parents. Woh toh
mujhe dar hon lag gaya ki kahi woh humari shaadi kisi aur se na karva de, isilye tumse chupke se shaadi kar li".
choti bahurani took the proposal of Maan to Sameera's parents.
Sameera comes to know that Laksh was hit by an accident and was stopped by her parents to visit him because MSK was coming to see her at their house. She was shattered. She tried to protest, but failed.
Sameera's head was spinning, she couldn't think anything properly. She already lost her love and
now was her time to owe her dad something. The prospect of her Dad's business made her decide against her heart.
Maan and his family members arrived and they were happy with Sameera. She spoke very little. When Maan and Sameera were left alone, she just answered to the questions he asked. He thought that it is because of her shy type. He went ahead and spoke to his Dadi that if Sameera is happy with this marriage, they can start the wedding preparations.
Everything was planned hurriedly due to Sameera's parents insistence.
Maan and Sameera got married.
Sameera did not speak much to Maan and was very nervous on her wedding night. When Maan entered his room and noticed that she was nervous, he asked her not to worry. He told her that they will have to first understand each other well, so everything else can wait. He wanted her to become comfortable with him.
Days passed by quickly. Sameera got to know about Maan's routine and she performed all her duties as a wife (picking out his dresses, setting his breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.,). She got along with Daadi too well and respected her a lot. Maan was happy that she is atleast feeling comfortable with Daadi. Sameera never really spoke much with anyone.
Maan was also very busy. They had got a new project and he got very little time to spend at home. He was also not happy about it, but he couldn't help it. It was his Dadaji's dream project.
After nearly a month she was feeling giddy, but she just ignored it thinking it could be due to lack of sleep. Dadi had gone to Canada. Once when she fainted, Maan became worried and called the doctor. She informed him that she was pregnant. Maan was shocked and couldn't believe what he heard.
He couldn't take this anymore. When Sameera woke up, she was able to see fury in Maan's eyes. She was informed that Doctor checked her and asked her whose child was she carrying. This came in as a shock to her as she didn't expect this at all. She was trying to pacify him, but he didn't seem to be in any condition to listen to her too. He was accusing her and asked how did she even dare to carry someone Else's child and marry him. It was now clear to him as why she was quiet always, why she was nervous whenever he tried to go near her. He wouldn't spare her for this. He agreed to marry someone after these many years and was cheated. Is this where he got himself into? Whose child was this? Sameera couldn't handle him at all. She had no answers to any of his questions.
She told him her story. She pleaded him and told her about her majboori.
"Us waqt toh mujhe kuch samajh main nahi aa raha tha. Papa bhi beemar the kyunki unki business loss mein chal rahi thi. Main aapko dhokha nahi dena chahthi thi. Aapse yeh baat chupaake maine bahut badi galti kar di hai. Please mujhe maaf kar dijiye." said Sameera
"Accha, tumhe laga hoga ki tumhari bf aur tumhaari shaadi ki chapter khatam ho gayi. Tumne kabhi soch bhi nahi hoga na ki tum aise museebat mein pad jaogi. Sach hamesha baahar aa hi jaata hai." said Maan
"Nahi aisa nahi, main us waqt bahut hi majboor thi. Mujhe tho ghar walon ka sunna pada. Dekhiye aap chahe toh mujhe chod sakthe hain." she was crying bitterly.
"isi aason se mujhe nafrat hai. Tumhe lagta hai ki main tumhare is aasoon ko dekhke pigal jaoonga? Tumhaari jhooti kahaani kisi aur ko jaake sunao. Tumhaare paas dimag nahi tha kya? Parivaar waalon ke saaye mein jee liya apni poori zindagi, uske baad tumhe laga ki koi pati bhi mil jaye jo tumhe zindagi bhar tumhara saaya bankar rahega. Tum jaise dikthi ho waise ho nahi. Mere aankhen hi dhokha kha gayi." said Maan controlling himself not to raise his hands against her.
He was very hurt that the one whom he loved had betrayed him. He couldn't believe that girls were so weak and always wanted someone to take care of them. They are very dependent and
cunning he thought. He already started to hate women. He somehow felt choti bahurani would have known all this and she hid the fact.
She tried a lot to pursuade him, but of no use.
He called me at once. Once she came he narrated the whole incident and I was shocked. I gave Maan all rights to decide whatever he wanted as it was his life which got destroyed. I felt very bad for him as my grandson who was so loyal and kind hearted was deceived by someone else like this. He didnt deserve this she thought.
He filed divorce. But to his utter dismay Sameera's lawyer started to claim money from Khuranas as compensation. Maan could have easily refused and would have won the case, but he just gave them the money that they asked for thinking that he has paid her for the service she did to him and his Dadi.
He never trusts anyone after that.
Tears started to roll from Geet's eyes. She couldn't believe that Maan Sir had gone through all this and that is what made him what he is today.
