It was 11:50 pm at night when Tara and Dhara tip toed their way towards their kitchen. It wasn't everyday when Tara would let Dhara stay awake till late but today was special. The mother daughter duo were ecstatic and why wouldn't they be ? It was Dhruv's birthday in few minutes and they couldn't hold their happiness. Tara now knew how birthdays are celebrated in 21st century and about the importance of cake. They both opened the refrigerator to take out the cake which they both selected for Dhruv.
I believe this little girl who is playing Ruhi in yrkkh will look like a perfect amalgamation of Dhruv's brains and Tara's beauty.
Tara and Dhara carefully placed the cake in a tray and silently walked towards their room.
As they entered the room, they found Dhruv sleeping peacefully.
Sote hue bhi kitne shaant aur saral lagte hai Dr. Dhruv...........Tara thought in her mind.
Dhara called out Tara as only 2 minutes were left and Dhara couldn't hold it any longer. Dhara looked at Tara and the minute Tara gave her the nod, she jumped on the bed, sat on Dhruv's back and woke him up.
Dhara........Dhruv said while rubbing his eyes.
Happy birthday Papa.........Happy birthday Dhruv!!!!!! Tara and Dhara cheered together. Both of them embraced Dhruv together in a hug.
Dhruv placed kisses on their forehead in a gesture to say thank you to his heart Tara and to his soul Dhara.
Chalo Papa pehle cake cut karte hai........Dhara said with sparkle in her eyes. Dhruv would always tell Tara how Dhara has got his eyes & Tara always agreed.
Dhara excitedly sang birthday song for Dhruv as he started to cut the cake.
Dhruv fed both of them cake but this wasn't the only surprise.
Papa mumma wait.........said Dhara she ran out of the room to get the gift she wanted to give to her Papa.
Dhruv walked towards Tara as he embraced her in a hug.
Janmdiwas ki hardik shubhkaamnaaein aapko Dhruv.......Tara spoke as she placed her head on his chest.
Thank you.......Dhruv replied.
Tumne aur Dhara ne jo kiya uske liye shukriya.
Tara smiled as they parted from the hug.
Dhara came running in with her hands behind her back.......
Dhruv got her up in his arms and made her sit in his lap as she gave a handmade birthday card to him.
Dhara's card for Dhruv wasn't just a piece of paper. It was the most precious and priceless thing for Dhruv in this world.
Thank you Dhara.......Dhruv retorted hugging Dhara tightly.
This sight in front of Tara got her overwhelmed with love and emotions.
Mujhe return gift chahiye Papa - said Dhara....
Bataiye kya chahiye aapko Dhara ? Dhruv asked as he ruffled his little girl's hair.
Mujhe bhi ek baby brother yaa baby sister chahiye. Chahiye toh bas chahiye...... - this statement came out of syllabus for Dhruv.
Kya chahiye inhe ? Tara questioned.
Dhruv in a teasing tone told Tara - Dhara ko ek chota bhai yaa choti behen chahiye........an instant flush crept on Tara's face. Dhruv chuckled as Tara turned crimson red.
Sabke chota bhai yaa behen hai. Mujhe bhi chahiye. Aap mujhe mall se laa kar do yaa park se laao yaa fir apne hospital se laa kar do but laa kar do. Aapke hospital mein kitne saare babies hai aap wahan se mujhe ek baby sister yaa baby brother laa kar do Papa. - Dhara

Dhruv couldn't stop himself from laughing at his daughter's innocence but he suppressed his laughter.

Dhara once again hugged her dad and wished him birthday before departing.
After Dhara left, Dhruv pulled Tara to himself.
In his deep husky voice he asked, Toh kya khayaal hai aapka Rajkumari ji. Aapko nahi lagta ki humein hamari choti Rajkumari ki ichcha puri karni chahiye............
Tara hid her face in his chest recalling their daughter's wish.......
Maybe it's time to increase their family.......both Dhruv and Tara thought to themselves.
