Tabu joins star-studded cast for 'Dune: Prophecy' alongside Emily Watson & Travis Fimmel

Tabu continues to solidify her presence in the industry with each noteworthy project. Following the success of her recent release, "Crew," Tabu embarks on an exciting international venture with the highly anticipated American science-fiction series, "Dune: Prophecy."

According to reports from Variety, Tabu has been cast in a pivotal role in "Dune: Prophecy," alongside a star-studded ensemble including Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, and others. Tabu is set to portray the character of Sister Francesca, described as "Strong, intelligent, and alluring," whose return to the palace disrupts the balance of power in the capital.

Under the guidance of showrunner and executive producer Alison Schapker, along with co-developer and executive producer Diane Ademu-John, the series promises to deliver an enthralling narrative. Additionally, Anna Foerster serves as an executive producer and director for multiple episodes, including the series premiere.

The production boasts an impressive lineup of executive producers, including Jordan Goldberg, Mark Tobey, and Scott Z. Burns, among others, with Brian Herbert and Kim Herbert representing the Frank Herbert estate. Co-produced by Max and Legendary Television, the series is part of the larger "Dune" franchise, with Legendary also responsible for the film adaptation.
