Like many aspiring actors, Hitesh was passionate about acting from a very early age. He made his acting debut with Suvreen Guggal & essayed the character of Sameer.
The actor, before becoming an actor worked as a news presenter for a local channel and earned 2000 rupees per month for the same.
While the actor is one of the fittest in the entertainment industry today, he was not always like this. The actor, when on the heavier side of the scale, was challenged by a friend to lose weight. Post which he lost 45 kgs.
Hitesh is happily married to Suditi Srivastava and keeps his personal life usually under the wraps. The actor got married to Suditi in 2019.
While Hitesh has been a part of several popular shows, the actor got widely recognised for his stint in Udaariyan. However, it was with Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin that Hitesh garnered widespread fame.
After a super successful stint in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the actor is soon going to be back with Sony TV's show Aami Dakini.
