Anupamaa continued to lead the ratings throughout 2025, maintaining its position as the most-watched Hindi television show. With a few highs and lows, Anupamaa, Starring Rupali Ganguly, consistently topped weekly BARC charts.
The return of the iconic franchise with Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 proved to be one of the biggest television events of the year. Featuring Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay, the reboot quickly gained traction and frequently competed with Anupamaa for the top spot.
One of the longest-running shows on Indian television, YRKKH remained a strong performer in 2025. However, the past few weeks have been a little difficult for the show on the TRP front as the show has dropped out of the top 5 race.

Both Mangal Lakshmi and Mangal Lakshmi-Lakshmi Ka Safar made frequent appearances in the top ten list during the year. While Mangal Lakshmi still enjoys a decent run, its spin off is struggling currently on the TRP charts.
The comedy reality format turned into a major success with Laughter Chefs 2 and its subsequent 3rd season which was launched recently. The show recieved a massive opening on the channel and went ahead to be the number one reality show in its opening week itself.
While its ratings fluctuated during the season, Bigg Boss 19 peaked during its finale weeks. The reality show often surpassed daily soaps during major episodes, reaffirming its ability to draw large audiences at key moments. The grand finale of the show also went ahead to dethrone Anupamaa from the numero uno spot, garnering massive ratings and topping the charts.
