Overconfidence ruins everything they say. And if this is true by any chance Erdogan endorses this tagline very well.
His habit of digging a pit, making others fall in it then helping them to get out and bury the hole isn't new.
What he really doesn't understand is "what goes around, comes around". He might dig a pit again but chances of his fall are more as compared to that of others. Reason?? Others have learnt their lesson. Kerim, FG, Vural, Mustafa, Maryam. They have fallen and gotten up to be different selves. Selim is also on that path but his love for Meltem oops!! her money doesn't make him admit it. But yday Selim's confession that he felt bad was indeed a masterstroke.
Throughout the track the person who hasn't disappointed us is Erdogan. Vural was so right. Erdogan is a sadist. He can go to any extent to fulfill his desire of seeing others suffer.
I felt bad for Vural in a way but he deserved it. He was the one who first pushed kerim by not disclosing the complete truth. He cheated his friend and life cheated him. What can be more of a shock that his mother had an affair with another man. His mother, his family, his luck and his life have cheated him. Bit does this compensate for what he did with Kerim? I doubt.
Erdogan eyeing the " love birds" (in his language) was mean. His sarcasm that what if Mustafa watches them like this. One point to be noted about Erdogan is his "ambition". But Alas!!! Ambition in wrong direction. Had this man utilised his shrewdness somewhere else Resat Yasran wouldn't have existed. Again every criminal has a psychology. Is it the fact that his misdeed doesn't allow him to rest? Once again Vural had nailed it for us when he warned Kerim. Fear has engulfed Erdogan so much that he doesn't think twice before harming anyone.
His Mustafa-Asuyk game was just a circus. I really want to see how much it helps him.
Kerim FG scene was cute, sensible and well written. The ring exchange was nice. Kerim is hell bent on changing things and FG wants it. She's silently and slowly succumbing to his good nature.
Her spotting the car, Kerim running and then blasting Muqaddas and she blabbering about Vural was just perfect. Kerim gets the dose that FG didn't believe him. He warns her to not go alone anywhere. Now once again " restrictions". No person especially a victim of any sort will like these "restrictions". It is natural. It is the psychology of that person which no one can blame. Maryam understands and the next day deals with it calmly. FG agrees.
Kadir the new addition is interesting. Again a wounded soul who has lost his wife probably to some sickness. Am not sure tho. But it sounded smthn like that.
Leman-Heliye-Perihan scene was again much much expected. Leman blames herself for Vural's condition. Heliye madam curses that night. My darling you are saying as if what your son did was worth a gold medal. *disgusting*
Meltem's wrong entry at the right times is again laughable. Poor lady.. She's thrown in a loop. She reaches a point and then again back to FG. Baby its only FG who can save you. She did save you but then reputation mattered for you and you just like erdogan has dug a pit for yourself. You have the slightest idea of how much your reputation will be tainted after all the curtain raisers. Your husband is not a saint accept it and rebel, don't be another Perihan.
Perihan as a character is weak. She knew about Resat, Munir, Leman and also the biggest crime but she's tight lipped. Its easy to stay quiet but its difficult to rebel. Don't worry Meltem will kick your ass and hopefully give some brain to you.
I would not talk about Mustafa. This man sucks big time. Which works is he living in? His raped fiance was a shame but now his sleeping around with a call girl is a pride. Once again maa da laadla warns his new "embarrassment" to stay away from his parents. So dear Mustafa please prioritize things properly and if you can't handle them leave them.
If Erdogan is into fear, Mustafa is into revenge. They both are ambitious. I love the striking similarities in both the characters. They both flow in overconfidence and call that as their plans and then Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. Am waiting for that day.
Asuyk is simply used up. Sami, Ismail, Mustafa, Erdogan. Just go on!!! I feel for you Asuyk.
Erdogan is begaani shaadi me abdullah deewana. He concentrates on Mustafa thinking that Ilgazs are under control but you don't know what trumpet they'll blow you'll forget your own wedding.
Moral: Things go in a loop till you learn your lesson. That is Karmic Debt.
That might be Leman, Perihan, Resat, Munir, Erdogan, Mustafa, Meltem, Selim. They'll be trapped till they don't free themselves off the crime.
