Maira is bratty and indisciplined but at end of day she is still a kid and that too below 10 years of age. So there's always a chance of course correction in her behavior. I think there was never a plan for abhira second babygirl else Geetu ke exit ke baad yeh track lekar aate coinciding with either kiara pregnancy or Tanya fertility problems but aisa hua nahi. Even when show is in its lowest trp phase they are doing Maira v/s Vani to make base for Gen 5 rivalry instead of showing abhira pregnancy track

Previous gens first born weren't made leads because they were boys . Maira is combination of 3 main leads of this gen Armaan , Abhira and Ruhi.
