This interviewer is so keen on trying to get something controversial out of him. I don't like the tone of his interview. Interviewer is nagging and nitpicking. Nothing surprising revealed by Shahi. Basically Sheh was extremely arrogant and tantrum throwing. He thought he was some superstar. And P by association also misbehaved and was not a good actor anyway.

But Rajan clearly didn't warn them they'd be "fired". They didn't get explicit warnings but ig there's no actual no need for that in a professional environment.

But i don't get Rajans take in terms of the acting skills. If they thought the performance was not upto mark, why the rush to start telecasting? They didn't audition enough people or what? Why did they sign 2 actors they weren't really happy with? Clearly these were the best auditions they thought they had. They cast a bad actor like P and then fired her for bad acting. Abey, you knew she wasn't good.

May be they choose to go with... First he already mentioned that prat has same manager who handle Karishma and pranali....that manager introduced new actors....Acting is not bigger concern but there attitude with no acting is big... He said his team groom them , spend many hours.... When director told prat not to laugh(I have saw her laughing in episode) between serious scene but she doesn't leasen and what demand to remove 15 years old assistant director... They both create a groupism against other..

But they shouldn't have hired BS actors assuming they could "fix" them . They were in a rush and hired not great actors who ended up having attitude problems also.
