Manjiri vs Muskaan wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. I expected more drama, but I guess that's for the possible pregnancy. The makers released the promo too early. It's obvious that no matter who the father is the baby is going to be a Birla anyway lol.

Honestly, I feel bad for Abhi. He still feels guilty and trying to rectify his mistakes, but she has no remorse for anything she did to him. The false narrative that he was a some villain her life is getting old especially when we saw Akshara spewing venom for nine months and using their child as a weapon against him. As viewers, all we saw is that he fought for her even when she didn't seem even care about her mental health or her multiple careers.

If his actions on one day defines who he is then what about her actions for the past nine months? The makers should really stop with the false narratives because it only makes her look more evil.

LOL if we go by this logic that Akshara is using, then there are a 100 FBs we can pull out of Kartik also shouting at Naira and throwing things around.....by her own logic, her mother should also have cancelled her father unless he became this muted shell of a man constantly wondering if usse koi galti ho gayi

Anyways, Ak's half-baked logic really doesn't feel worth dwelling on much cuz makers have rinse/repeated it so much that I'm frankly too bored to even react much......if they ever get around to making a coherent point about this, then maybe I will think about it.....lol right now it just seems to be getting used for random convos.

Muskaan's curse along with the promo indicating her pregnancy is a horrible combination. Are the makers implying that Akshara's child is a curse? I know it's for drama and TRPs, but it's doesn't matter if she is pregnant or not it's still distasteful.

I wish ITV kept religious sentiments out of the nonsense that they show.

Manju ne bhi baat ekdum Manju ishtyle mein li and Manish ko bol diya that I know how people who lose their composure in grief/anger behave cuz I've done it myself....lol....so please send Muskaan away cuz she will also do something to mess things up and right now what matters the most is humare bacchon ki khushi.

Rest was mainly about Goenkas discussing this issue and giving pro/against arguments....Surekha is anti-Muski now cuz she is fed up of her misbehavior while the rest of the Goenkas were worried about how Kairav would feel over this. Kairav seemed ready to leave with Muski by the end of the epi but looks like Ak will stop them somehow cuz they are hanging around happily in the precap....lol

Then there also some Abhira scenes where the awkward zone continues.....lol Shefali is back in shipper mode and giving encouragement to Abhi that you and Ak are made for each other and she will love you one day again.....lol.....Abhi from his side is like she's only marrying me for Junior and bina maange hi sab mil gaya mujhe so ab aur nahin maangna kuch.

Raat ko Ak toh lete lete video calls kar rahi hai Abhi ko....waah amazing comfort.....and he again wanted to know from her if she agreed for grand wedding cuz of family pressure but she was like no I am ok with this.....then she got FBs of old times when Abhi used to get angry/frustrated with her like the bole choodiyaan scene, the mehendi scene when he went blah blah blue blue....lol and then the obligatory WD FB that she always gets.....lol after all this she goes ki tum bilkul badal gaye ho, puraane waale Abhimanyu nahin ho - this has made everyone's life better.....to which he replies that he doesn't know about that but all he knows is that he wants to correct his mistakes.

Then there was some scene at a shop where they were trying on wedding outfits and being awkward around each other while Abhir was busy gushing over both of them.....Abhi awkwardly put nazar ka teeka on the mirror in front of Ak but Abhir made him put it on her directly...lol then Abhi put it on all three of them....family ki nazar utaar li. Ak hesitated but ultimately complimented Abhi that he was looking nice....all part of her 100% effort karna hai zone

I couldn't figure out Ak at all today. Maybe need to go through the epis for the rest of the week to do so. Why has she suddenly put kaajal again?

She continues to shock Abhi though.

They stopped caring about having any sensitivity or tastefulness in the dialogues a long time back.....so yeah I doubt they care if they are showing Muskaan's curse on Abhira manifesting in the form of Ak's upcoming child.....distasteful is the new normal here.....lol

I know, but it's annoying because she has done and said a million times worse to him. It would be better if she didn't talk at all sometimes. She has nothing of substance to say anyway lol.

I have never seen a more badly written character.

Also the funny thing is that the FBs were about her actually making mistakes and Abhi's reaction in anger being completely valid. In the first two scenarios it was about the fact that she was hiding something and then behaving weirdly!

How does that at all compare to wedding preparations? When did Abhi ever go against anything she wanted for the wedding? Kuch connection hi nahi hai.

If we want to play theory track game. Yes, it does seem to be that way. Writers thinking they are all so smart doing this track this way.

Abhi said he is going to take this as a chance to rectify his mistakes. So based upon the narrative put forth by the writers that would be:

1) Supporting Akshara openly in front of his mother

2) Treat Akshara like family regardless. Meaning any happenings/khands internally or unintentional that happens he will support her like family would and not cast her out again. At the end of the day its not the baby's fault he/she's father died. So Abhi will be there to help Akshara with the child

3) While supporting Akshara in this pregnancy he will be less like the Army General ordering her to do this and that and give her room to breath. He will get to participate in the full pregnancy that he missed with Abhir.

4) Through all the acts that Abhi will do he will show to everyone how big of a heart he has. (Of course we the audience already know this.) But its for the characters on the show who have some how forgotten. WD acted like a clean wipe to certain people's memories. So maybe just maybe we will get Akshara acknowledging what Abhi is doing. Goenkas we know they flip all the time and dance around whomever is currently the son-in-law

And with this new baby setting of Gen 4 is there.

1) Manjari or one of the Birlas may harbor some slight partiality towards Abhir who is Abhi's real blood. Honestly if Harshvardhan was still on the show I could see him doing that.

2) Akshara may actually be partial to the baby only because the father is not present despite Abhi being there for the child. Manjari may pick up on that and start fighting with Akshara on that. She may accuse Akshara of neglecting Abhir and spending more time on the baby. (For obvious reasons a baby does need more care so there will be a point Abhir being the big brother has to take after himself a little more)

3) Muskaan could still be angry that Abhi is raising her brother's child. So any little hurt or accident or whatever that befalls the baby she will blame on Abhi.

My theories are never right so maybe its a good thing to just say it out now so it can just disappear into the void. Writers will probably show us much worse cause that is all we have been seeing for the past 8 months

I agree about the Kasauli ranni looks again. The kajal has come back though a little less but it is there. And she is braiding her hair. It's hard to shake the feeling only because we know what is coming around the corner due to the promo.

It is really sad to see what Abhi has become, he says sorry first even before knowing what the issue is. When said to Akshara again today that he doesnt want repeat his mistakes, I so wished she'd say, you have paid the price for it and more than made up for it. Her accepting she was also wrong is something we are never going to get, but given she's agreed to marry him, cant she pull him out of this guilt.

As for kasauli rani looks, you are right, unnecessary but a deliberate effort from the makers to remind us of whats coming.
