Abhimanyu is a very emotional and all in kind of guy. When he loves he gives his all. You see it in the way he is with his mother. He thinks the world of her and it doesn't help that his father is so abusive and toxic. So he consistently goes into over protective mode shielding any potential wrongs his mother may have done due to the fact almost all her choices and decisions have been because of his father. She has given her entire life to him and the family.

And when he thinks something/someone is wrong he goes and stops it before anything else can happen.

With Akshu I will say he was very possessive but part of it was because he knew she was lying about the way she felt about him. He knew she wanted to be with him too as she was sending him mix singals too yet not willing to budge due to her own relationship commitments to her sister who she thought at the time was in love with Abhimanyu. In the same way Abhimanyu used force to get his love we are seeing the same way Abhimanyu is using force to get this divorce or the same way he tried to force Arohi out of Akshu’s life.

In the end when he stepped back and did not rush things everything started to move into place. Akshu eventually came to him. Akshu has moved him as her priority and is no longer taking Arohi’s irritational talks. In the same way Manjari will start to think on her own with the support of the family for her decision.

Like the moon Abhi’s BLANK waxes and wanes.

BLANK could be:

1. Desires
2. Love
3. (Mis)understandings
4. Anger
5. Hurt
6. Add as needed.

God knows they spent several episodes taking pre wedding/wedding and post wedding pictures- I think it’s high time they replaced the “Phases of the moon” pictures with some from the wedding / pre wedding.

I read that the actress playing Nishta has left the show for another project.
