I love all Kurtas from the first collage except for the pink lehenga.

Those kurtas are actually pretty and I would love to wear them 😍 Especially the red one with the slit through the middle and the black one without the coat/shrug whatever it is. 😅

In the second group, the kurti she wore when she rejected him is decent enough. She looked pretty in the yellow one too where he pulled her to dance. Everything else is so fugly. 😭 The green dress is slightly better I guess.

Most of the dresses in the third set is really pretty. I totally want that blue spaghetti dress. 🥰 and the oramgish top with shrug.

I would have really liked the last one, if it didn't have those big ugly pockets/patches.

Here is my take if you are interested.

The point is the clothes she have to wear for longer period of times are uglier than the others and when she's with Abhi it's like they deliberately try to make her look not so good. Maybe they are trying to show that ak is an average looking girl like Aarohi says.

Possible. Especially because I heard that in the original the antagonist is conventionally prettier than the lead.

This is something I have wanted to do for a long time. I constantly observe that Akshara's clothes are just too mundane. Till now she has worn nothing that is fashion forward. But sad is that many of her clothes I would never even want to wear them myself.

SO I made a collage to see which dress of hers I like and here is the compilations.

some maybe missing coz they will be part of the dream sequences or party/function dresses.

Dresses she wore during the Gopis Mask trip.

I liked all of the above, they're simple, traditional and cute. The last one with white top is very pretty.

Dress she wore when she met with Abhimanyu

My least favourites are the ones on the left side (all three in a row). The first orange outfit with flowers on them made Akshara look like she's wearing a hideous tent. The pink shirt with the stripes was bland, I don't like it. And the pink outfit with the belt could have been nice had she paired it with jeans. The last read one is also terrible, the one shoulder dress did not suit Akshara and it looked like the dress was made of very cheap fabric?

If you ignore those four outfits then Akshara had nice clothes in this collage, I like the middle one especially.

Dresses she wore only at home or casual outside chores. scenes that she did not have meet Abhimanyu.

These are not so bad. The white one in the bottom was my absolute favourite.

From now I will keep posting and discussing her dresses and compare them with other characters in the scene too.

The last dress at hospital when Abhimanyu completely ignored her. I liked this dress but they barely showed it to us.

SOmething is us. pretty dress are given the shortest time.

I think Akshara has had a mixture of bad and good dresses. I don't agree that all her outfits have been mundane.

So I have no idea what fashion is in in India. I am just going by personal preference.

1. Dresses she wore during the Gopis Mask trip.

I was fine with all of them except the one she wore for when they had the race to get the grains. I didn't like the puffy see through sleeves.

2. Dress she wore when she met with Abhimanyu

Some of these were downright dreadful. Outfits I was fine with going Left to Right starting from top Left corner: 2,4,8,9.

The last one I thought wouldn't have been so bad if they just kept the dress sleeveless

3. Dresses she wore only at home or casual outside chores. scenes that she did not have meet Abhimanyu.

Her home dresses seem a lot better. Going Left to Right starting from top Left corner: 2,5,6,7,8,9.

I think I perfer her looks in 5,6, and 9 the most.

Definitely gopi mask festival dresses were the best👍
