CVs always hint towards something and end up doing exact opposite of it. Gayu might still have some feelings for Karthik given the fact that she didn't have any lover/life partner even after 4 years but she won't be a surrogate mother to their child that's for sure.

Honestly, the cvs hinting towards Gayu's angle is totally absurd at this point. Ever since it was revealed that Naira and Kartik loved each other, Gayu treated Kartik as her jiju. Her feelings were not there when the so-called love of her life was getting married, and now, after almost 4 years, they are back? I get that they need stories to continue the show, but they don't have to assassinate characters for that.

Anyways, I feel like all of us are jumping to conclusions way too soon. Let's see how the story unfolds in the next two-three episodes.
