So the past is unfolded completely... As expected sameer didn't turn up to meet naina... Naina in anger left ahmedabad forever... Sameer's badluck never leaves him... He lost the two most important people in his life the same day... Nanu to death and naina due to misunderstandings... Final conversation between nanu and sameer was emotional and heart touching.

Naina feeling guilty for not being able to be there with Sameer when he needed her the most was painful... Preeti the best sister always there for her... Pandit too reakized his love for preeti.

Loved how sameer made his love his strength and rised liked a Phoenix... The way preeti became a mentor for pandit indirectly was another beautiful thing... Love made all of them stronger individuals.

Swati still not able to contact naina... The best friend she is, decided to go away from her love due to her love for naina... All of them successful in their respective careers, bt still unhappy as they are not together... Their true happiness is when all of them are together.

I guess tauji won't take up the case and naina will plead the case for sameer.. Hoping for their reunion soon.

Ps. All the best for your exams dear... Do study well... Don't take tension... Update only when you are free after the exams.

Almost all the confusion of Naina come to conclusion that why Sameer didn't come that day and Preeti being right spoke to her about it and the whole last chapter which Preeti read because Naina now had no more power to read last chapter .. that chapter made me emotional ...

there will b a small update today!!!!

So guyz...here is one update!! As u guyz know now story will b in present 2001 only...past ends!!! I know everyone wants reunion bt guyz reunion should b special with hugs n all n that can not happen sameer being in jail...so first sameer has to get bail...letz see if he gets bail!!!

CHAPTER 11
Sameer was yet in jail and now only night was left for tomorrow morning...his bail hearing!!!

Swati, Munna and Pandit all were at munna's place and all were tensed, all three of them were waiting for arjun's reply rather say tauji's decision!!!

Here on the other side arjun and shefali visit tauji's place!!!
Arjun-"Taiji where is tauji???"
Taiji- " He has gone to visit one of his friend!!"
Shefali-"Taiji what has tauji decided about sameer's case!!!"
Taiji-" Ne wah...Na pranam...Na pair Chuna...Sirf case!!!"
Shefali immediately bends and takes taiji's blessings!!
Taiji-" Bhagwan tuhme budhi(sense) de!!!"
Shefali gets upset bt arjun tells her to ignore as at the moment tauji's decision was important!!!
Arjun-" Taiji please tell Na what did tauji decide???"
Taiji-" I told him not to take the case...bt I have no idea what did he decide!!!"
Shefali-" He is your bholuram taiji...u will not support him!!!"
Taiji-" He is bholuram and so I know he has not done this...bt physical assault cases are not easy to win!!!"
Arjun-" So an innocent man should be put behind the bars...for no cause...being a lawyer shouldn't tauji get him justice!!!"
Taiji- That is what your tauji feels!!!"
Shefali-" So he is taking the case!!!"
Taiji-" For once he decided to take the case...bt then the other lawyer is Ramnath Malhotra...he wouldnt stake his reputation again... winning Malhotra is not a joke...so I don't know what ur tauji has decided bt mostly it will b a no!!!"

Arjun and shefali leave tauji's house bidding goodbye and reach munna's house!!!

Swati-" Tauji agreed???"
Shefali-" Not yet, he wants to take case but is worried for Ramnath Malhotra!!"
Munna-" What if he does not take the case!!! I am scared!!!"

Pandit-"Wait let me get things confirmed and don't you worry guyz...Sameer is walking out of that jail tomorrow!!!"
Munna-" Don't underestimate Ramnath Malhotra...he will do anything to keep sameer inside...he fights cases only to win...there is no single case he has ever lost!!!"
Pandit-" Bhaut Kuch life me pheli baar hota hai mere dost... Malhotra me fight for victory...bt we are fighting for truth so don't you worry cheenu!!!"
Munna-" Ab agr tune tera plan nahi bataya Na...to kasam apne school days k ponga pandit tu bachega nahi!!!"
Pandit gets a message on his mobile and he jumps in happiness...Chal munna Plan B is on...jaldi Chal office chalke ek fax aya hai...vo court me submit karna hai!!!
Munna-" Konsa fax Kya??? Kuch batayega tu???
Pandit-" Are apni jeet ka fax aya hai...Chal raaste me sab batata!!!!"
All 5 of them decide to go to office!!!

Preeti to her P.A Smita " You got all the documents!!"
Smita-" Yes mam"
Preeti-" Good, so you had a talk with naina's P.A she told you this would be enough correct???"
Smita-" Yes Mam"
Preeti-" Ok, cancel all my meetings for next 15 days...I am not in town...if anything urgent we will communicate through phones!!!"
Smita-" Sure mam...here are your two flight tickets to Ahmedabad!!!"
Preeti-" Did you check with naina's P.A. is she working on some important case...is she required here!!!"
Smita-" No mam, There is no hearing for naina mam till next 1 month and other things here staff can handle!!!"
Preeti-" Good...did you fax naina's letter of being defendant to the address I gave u!!!"
Smita- "Yes mam...mam can I ask u a question???"

Smita-" Will naina mam go to Ahmedabad??? She has not been there since 8 yrs!!!"

Pandit- Tumne hi kaha tha swati...case vo jeet sakta hai jise sameer pe yakeen ho...to bas ye yakeen hi case lagega!!!"
Arjun-" Munna official permission hai tuje tu maar de ise ...me best lawyer appoint karke tuje bhar nikalga...self defence me maara bolke...kabse Sirf paheliya buja raha hai!!!!"
Munna-" Saachme ponga pandit, Kuch nahi samaj raha muje!!!"
Pandit- "Acha Chalo Malhotra koi case kabhi nahi haara correct...to hume bhi koi aisa chaiye Jo kabhi Na haara ho...n hamare pass isa Kon hai???"
Shefali-" Shravan Malhotra"
Swati-" Bt he is not in town"
Munna-" Aur tauji to ek baar haare hai vo bhi is Malhotra se hi!!!"
Arjun speaks in excitement " Naina Agarwal...Keri behn vo kabhi koi case nahi haari...n sameer ka yakeen to naina hi ho Sakti hai...Naina Laut rahi hai Kya!??"
Pandit- " Ab hero prblm me ho to herione ayegi hi Na!!!"
Munna-" O Teri...saachme Teri naina se baat hui Kya ...sipahi aa rahi hai ladne!!!"
Pandit-" Meri Preeti se baat hui...bt usne kaha hai vo naina ko lekar aayegi...n Preeti Jo kehti hai karke dikhato hai!!!"
All of them settle in peace in car...while pandit was driving...ekdam in relax mode!!!
Swati-" Yr office se celebrate Karne jayenge...after all double celebration hai...Sameer bhi Kal chut jayega n sabse bada Agarwal sisters are returning!!!"
Pandit- Bt ek problem hai!!!
All together- Ab Kya????
Pandit- " flight Kal subh 7 bje k hai...vo time pe pauchenge iska thoda doubt hai...plus naina ko ab tak Kuch pata nahi hai...vo kaise react karegi dnt know...bt m sure case ladne to vo aa hi jayegi!!!"

Preeti was on her way back to home after meeting Smita...she needed to tell naina what all was happening...bt she was yet scared!!! She recalled her talk with pandit few minutes back...seeing 18 miscalls she had given a call back and was surprised to hear that voice after 8 long years!!!
Preeti-" Hello...whoz this???"
Pandit-" I never knew you give a call back to every unknown no!!!"
Preeti- " Raghav????"
Pandit-" Nahi Kon Raghav???"
Preeti-" Pandit!!!"
Pandit-" Ab pechana barobar...itne saalo baad bhi iss nacheez ka awaz pehchan liya!!!"
Preeti-" Jiski aahat bhi me guess Kar Sakti hu...fir ye to awaz thi!!!"
After a while pandit spoke " kaisi ho???"
Preeti-" Itne saalo baad ye puchne to phone nahi kiya...fir bhi thik hu aur tum!!!"
Pandit-" Aur naina???"
Preeti-" Tumhari book padhi aaj...tut gayi hai...khudko guilty maan liya hai usne...is baar sambhal nahi paugi use akeli me!!!"
Pandit-" To wapas aa jao!!!"
Preeti-" Naina ne mana kiya hai...she says she will not b able to face everyone!!!"
Pandit-" Preeti, 8 yrs before I had asked you to get naina at Mandir and you trusted me and got her...today I am trusting you to get her to Ahmedabad...we need you guyz Preeti!!!"
Preeti-" What is wrong???"
Pandit explains her each and everything!!!
Preeti-" Pick up from the airport time I will msg u!!!"
Pandit-" Ok, See you tomorrow and yes welcome back!!!"
Preeti-"bye... waiting to b back!!!"

Thinking about her talk Preeti reaches home...she goes directly to naina's room!!!
Preeti-" Naina, pack ur stuff we are going to Ahmedabad!!!"
Naina-" I cannot come!!!"
Preeti firmly speaks "Sameer is arrested and the charges on him are if physical assault and the one who has filed the case is kamya Srivastava.sameer has no lawyer as yet...n kamya's lay is Ramnath Malhotra...now are we going back???"
Naina understanding each and everything told by Preeti in one breath " Book the first flight tickets!!"
Preeti-" the first flight is at 7 a.m!!"
Naina-" that will be too late at what time is his hearing??"
Preeti- " 10 a.m"
Naina-" It would take 2 hrs for us to land Ahmedabad and then clearing all formalities and reaching court in Ahmedabad traffic...not an easy task!!!"
Preeti-" There is no early flight naina...i knw we are taking calculated risk...bt this is the only option!!
Naina-" Please god...make us reach in time!!!"

It was early morning...today's sun was shining brighter and yes with many hopes today the ray's of sun were spreading positivity everywhere!!! The Agarwal sisters were already in flight on their way to Ahmedabad!!!

Pandit-" Munna...tu swati and shefali ko leke court ja...me aur arjun airport se naina n Preeti ko lekar ate hai!!!"
Munna-" Ponga pandit time pe aa Jana!!!"
Pandit-" Bharosa rakh"
The Agarwal sisters landed in Ahmedabad...it was 9.15. a.m...the city of Ahmedabad welcomed then with fresh air...the first step on her land was itself nostalgic for naina...all the memories of good times came as a flashback to her...a small tear of happiness rolled down her cheek!!!!

The sisters completed the formalities...it was already 9.30 when the stepped out of airport...the way from airport till court was as it is of one hour!!

Preeti and naina saw arjun and pandit. Preeti and pandit had tears of happiness in their eyes seeing each other after 8 yrs!!!Arjun hugged his sister's...pandit had a handshake with Naina...n forwarded his hand towards Preeti. .Preeti couldn't control anymore and she hugged him...he reciprocated the hug...the hug was a bone crashing hug. .. Finally seeing arjun's reaction naina got them out of their Little world saying" we shall leave guyz we are already running late!!!"

Here on the other side sameer was brought to court...he was like a life less body!!!
Munna-" Tu tensn mat le aaj yaha se Bhar nikal hi jayega tu!!!"
Swati-" Tumhara intezaar bhi khatam hoga!!!"
And he was taken by police...it was 9.50 and no signs of naina yet!!!

Kamya-" Kya hua koi lawyer nahi aya???"
Malhotra- " Physical assault case hai...koi lawyer nahi ladega...bail nahi milti aj sameer ko ye ramnath Malhotra ka challenge hai!!!"
Munna-" Mr.Malhotra jeetna aapka peesha hoga...bt haara humne bhi nahi sikha...apke liye jeetna apka junoon hai to hamare liye hamara guroor...and kamya b ready sameer will walk out today!!!"
Kamya-" You don't have a lawyer see it is already 10 a.m !!!"

The hearing was about to begin announcement was made kamya Srivastava V/s sameer maheshwari- Bail hearing!!!

Malhotra- " Your honour...this is a physical assault case. Mr. Maheshwari being the CEO of maheshwari garments is at a high position and using his position he tried to get physical with my client. He is asking for bail... such persons shall be hanged till death...being at a position does not give him the right to treat the employees the way he wants...people work at his place...he does not own them!!!!"
Judge-" Who is the defendant...where is she???"

Everyone was tensed the hearing had began and there was no sign of naina... everyone was scared...and Malhotra was leaving no stone unturned to keep sameer in prison!!!

Malhotra- " They have no defendant my lord...who will fight the case for the one who is guilty!!!!"

" INNOCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILY!!!!"came a voice feom behind!!!

Bas It's already a very long update I guess!!! So guyz how was it...will sameer walk out today...will he get bail??? without even talking to sameer one's knowing what the exact truth was how will she win the case????
