11PM YHM was the finest show on Indian telly tube. ❤️Nothing comes close. Such beautiful character progression and story development. Flawless execution, made from the heart which resonated across the globe. YHM has unmatched popularity. ❤️DivAn are class apart and no other onscreen couple comes close to their iconic status.

They need to come back together in another balanced, urban story which will do justice to them.

She has taken a wise decision of keeping away from tv for a while. After playing Ishita for 6 years been she has already been stereotyped. It's good she took a sabbatical as Hina did after akshara and now we see her in all different light. I hope she gets what she deserves good web shows and hopefully movies. And I wish the same for KP as well he really wants make it in Bollywood and he is very much capable of making it big there. It's just matter of time if he waits for a while believing in his talent and not accepting whatever comes his way.

I watched DT's web series "Cold Lassi and Chicken Masala" and I was pleasantly surprised. I only watched it for DT (I have not watched any other ALT Balaji shows) and I ended up loving both the story and the performances by all the actors. I almost couldn't believe it was an Ekta Kapoor show! After watching DT as the doormat Ishima, I loved watching her as Nitya Sharma who was a fiesty badass chef! For once the female lead was shown as being angry and needing healing instead of the male lead. They showed a great male friend to DT who respected her feelings and kept her comfort first and agreed to stay good friends when she wasn't ready for a relationship (that too without any ulterior motive). They showed an ex-wife and ex-husband having a great comfortable and amicable relationship raising their son together (not the lead couple). They showed a single mother who had her own wounds but protected and nourished her child with her head held high. And most importantly, they showed the female lead being independent and not bowing down or compromising for any man or in-laws or children. After seeing Ishita so mistreated and manhandled in YHM, watching Nitya Sharma in CLACM was like finding an oasis in the middle of the desert. I would highly highly recommend to any DT fans. I hope and wish with all my heart that both DT and KP get such projects to work on and hopefully we get to see them together in some urban web series or netflix/amazon original soon.
