Raman hugged ishita tight and said-no, u can't do anything for me. Only I can do everything for u, u know u r my gudiya, my doll. How can u do this for me. And how can I be happy knowing my doll is taking so much of effort for me. He said caressing her hair while she was hugging him tightly.
Ishita-but Raman, I want to do this for u.
Raman -no gudiya, u r not going back there.
Ishita-thats why I didn't told u or anyone about u. Mujhe koi kuch karne hi nahi deta. I want to do it for u aur main karungi. Aur agar aapne mujhe roka naa,
Raman cut her in between and said-roka toh,
Ishita-toh main, toh main hunger strike par baith jaungi. Woh kya kehte hai aamaran anshan. She said making a cute face making Raman laugh at her cuteness.
Raman -arey mera baby, hunger strike, no way. Don't do that to ur poor raman. OK u wanna complete ur mannat naa, toh I will also do it with u.
Ishita-aap kaise kar sakte hai. Aapka toh exam hai naa.
Raman -woh toh tumhara bhi hai, still u r doing so much for me. Toh main nahi kar sakti kya. Kitne dil ki mannat hai.
Ishita-that uncle told me 15 days ka karne se kaam chal jayega. So I took 15 days mannat, five days r over, only ten days r left.
Raman -ok then for the left 10 days we will complete ur mannat together. Ab thik hai naa.
Ishita nodded happily and asked-aap mujhse gussa nahi hai naa.
Raman nodded in no and said-koi apni itni pyaar gudiya se kaise gussa ho sakta hai. U know naa u r my jaan, but next time don't do anything like this. My princess is just for smiling and making my world happy, nothing else, got it.
Ishita -jee sir, she said smiling.
Raman -now let's go inside, u have to apologise to appa amma also. They must be hurt by ur deed.
Ishita-amma bahut gussa hai naa.
Raman nodded in yes.
Ishita-she will scold me naa.
Raman -haan thoda saa gussa hogi,but tum sunn lena, ok.
Ishita nodded and both went inside. Their parents were waiting for them. Ishita went to amma and said-i am sorry amma, Maine aapko hurt kiya naa, I am really sorry. I will never do this again. Aapne apni ishu ko maaf kar diya naa.
Amma smiled hearing this and kissed her forehead.
Amma-how can I be angry with my only daughter.i am not angry but was worried. And got startled seeing u working there. I am not used of it. But somehow I understand u did this for raman, so I want to talk to Raman before saying anything. Raman, can I talk to u in private.
Raman nodded and went with amma.
Amma sat in front of raman and said very calmly-i think u get to know that how much u matters to ishita.
Raman nodded in yes and was about to say something when amma showed her palm and said-let me finish Raman.
Amma-toh main keh rahi thi ki tum samajh gaye hoge hi ki tum kitne important ho ishita ke liye. She may not understand but I know what she feels for u is more then friendship. Woh tumhe chahti hai and I think u know this.
Raman nodded in yes.
Amma-as a mother I want to stop her, but as I have been through this, I know if I try to stop her ,she will not like this. Woh mujhse nafrat karne lagegi and I can't see my baby to hate me. So I want to say,
Raman interrupt and said-i know what u want to say. U want me to stay away from ishita, but sorry I can't do this. Main usse alag nahi ho sakta. Aap kuch bhi aur mangiye, I will give. But not her, I can't leave her for anyone. Please don't tell me to do this amma. He said while his eyes was teary.
Amma-u r getting it wrong raman, I am not telling u to leave her coz I have seen ur condition when she stopped talking to u. I just want to tell u ,infact request u, ishita loves u alot, respect u alot. Please kabhi kuch aisa mat karna that she regret loving u. Kabhi apna limit mat cross karna. I hope u r getting what I am trying to say.
Raman smiled and said-i am getting what u want to say, I promise u I will never take advantage of ishita. She is my doll, I will never hurt her.
Amma-mujhe tumse yahin umeed thi. Raman, u r a very good boy. I like u alot. I know one day u will be my son in law,so as a mother, I am giving ishita's responsibility to u. Ishu humse jyada tumhari sunti hai. So never took advantage of her trust. Uska khayal rakhna hamesha.
Raman -i promise amma, I will never take advantage of her trust, her love. He said making amma happy.
She took him in side hug and pecked his temple softly.
Soon, raman and amma went out happily and saw appa was feeding ishita happily. They smiled seeing ishita happy.
Amma-ok, now u all settle down. I am serving food to everyone. Ishu kanna u too go and change and then eat. What vishwa,let her change at least. Ishu kanna u go.
Ishita nodded and was going when she turned and asked amma-amma u will let me go to gurudwara tomorrow naa.raman bhi aayenge mere saath. He will be with me, aap jaane dengi naa mujhe.
Amma nodded and ishita hugged her. She caressed ishita's hair and tell her to freshen up.
Soon ishita came down and all start having food. Appa was asking raman about his preparations.
Raman-everything is going fine appa. Aur waise bhi I have my gudiya with me. Dekhiyega main hi top karunga. No-one can stop me now.
Appa-thats the spirit kanna. Waiting for u to shine like star.he said and all had their food.
After having dinner, toshiji and Raman went to their house while ishita went to her room to study as she couldn't study for the whole day.
Next day, Ishra reached gurudwara together to complete her mannat.
After five days, raman exams started. He was all busy in his studies, could hardly make time for ishita but everyday they meet in gurudwara together.
Raman's exams was going well and he was very confident about his result. In between ishita's exams too got started and she too get busy in her exams. Her mannat was also completed so they hardly get time to meet but still they were so close to each other like before.
Every night, they talk for sometime and Raman slept seeing her face only.
Soon their exams got over. Ishra were too happy that finally they can meet.
Raman was getting ready wearing a blue tee with jeans when Toshiji came into his room. She was looking bit sad.
Raman look at her and asked-kya hua, maa. Kuch baat hai kya. U r looking worried.
Toshiji-ur dada ji is very serious raman.
Raman's expression changed hearing his grandfather's name.
He said making a face-so what can I do.
Toshiji-he want to see u, raman.
Raman -but I wanna see him or anyone from his family. I have no relationship with any of them. Koi nahi hai woh log mere.
Toshiji-please puttar, bas Ek baar ki hi toh baat hai, chal kar mil lein unse.
Raman turned his face and said-why u r forcing me maa,i don't wanna go. Mujhe unn logon se koi rishta nahi rakhna.
Toshiji-dont say like this puttar, they r ur grandparents. Unka haq hai tujh par.
Raman-yes, they have only right not responsibility. Where were they, when his son left us alone to die. Koi nahi aaya tha hamari madad ko maa, aap bhool gayi kya.
Toshiji-i remember everything, but now ur grandpa is on death bed and want to see u before he die.waise bhi tu eklauta pota hai.
Raman-toh yeh boliye naa, that he is giving me importance only because they don't have a boy other then me in their family.kyunki unke bete ka mujhe chod kar koi beta nahi hai. But sorry maa I am not interested in any kind of family drama. So I am not going.main nahi jaane wala and u r not going to force me.
Toshiji-but puttar,
Raman cut her and said-maa, mere liye sirf aap ho. Aap joh chahegi main karunga. But please don't force me to go back in that darkness. Mujhe meri zindagi mein khush rehne dijiye.please domt force me, coz neither I can go nor I can deny u. Saying so raman went out of the house leaving a sad toshiji behind.
