Well as long as they get more screen space
Even if he holds her close in an eerie embrace
We still enjoy their eye locks which are bang on
mind you now its like looking Tokyo going London
We can't resist the temptation to wait for the same
And are happy to see the romance though a bit tame
A little more touch touch we would to see not tire
Even though they are on different planes its desire
Their close ups and casual brushes never unnoticed
The slightest interaction is awaited baited hawk-eyed
Rekindles our hopes and aspirations which try as may
Dip and wail and threaten to drown but their magical way
Pull us through and we surface again to see them not show
over the past year and more on us have managed to grow
They may scream shout and fight but all that really counts
Is the fact whatever the scene on our imagination they mount
And ride the silver screen and set it ablaze despite all efforts
To keep them apart in every scene they do eachother court
As if its the first time a boy and girl are in love and meeting
