episode links are of Mp4 format.

we usually upload of MP4 format and very seldomly use FLV and wmv.

and about downlaoding taking long.

We can't gurantee that as myself face such problem when server trouble.

it takes whole day for me to download same episdo elink while other upload.

it is just problem with your server or mobile.

Download time depend on your broadband speed...

It takes 4-5 minutes for me to download..
