Appa had gone to ask for a loan and when the person finds out about him being Raman's son in law. He insists that he take the money from Raman but Appa refuses and says you just think about loan and tell me.

The man knows Raman and calls him .. Raman apparently had figured that Appa has money issues.. He had seen him on the bus stop.

He thinks he needs to find what to do about it that Appa's money problem gets solved without affecting his self respect.

He goes home with a plan. He goes home and grumbles that his accountant just left.. Ishita understands his issues, and offers that Appa could join. Raman says but we'll pay him. Ishita says his self respect is important and he wont take it. Raman says professional matters are important. And if co. pays me and Romi it;ll pay him too.

He asks Ishita to go convince Appa.

Raman gets to know about Appa's financial problem! Acts in front of Ishita like his accountant is shifted to Chennai so indirectly gives an idea of Appa working.. Ishita agrees but is reluctant about Appa getting a Salary.. But Raman tells her it's about work.. even Romi gets salary..

Ishita talking about Appa about it.. Appa is also reluctant but Amma and Ishita convince him.. Appa is worried about relations being spoiled..

Ishita goes and insists Appa to join but he is hesitant because Raman's co is big the ways are different and he doesn't want to disappoint. But Ishita and Mrs Iyer convince him. Ishita forces him and leaves with him no option. But Appa is worried and Amma encourages him about it. That she's sure he can manage it. She prays to God that he give Appa confidence to manage his work.

Appa calls the man he had met for the loan and informs he got a job.So loan can be sanctioned.
