I agree with Vidya and have no qualms with Param or Shagun in IshRa's life when they will only end up in bringing them closer. Its just the execution of this track which at times is a nuisance and at times downright annoying. Mrs Iyer's half baked idiotic schemes are irritating to say the least! And to my dismay she actually rejoiced in her juvenile acts last night! She seriously thinks that it's bringing IshRa closer??? C'mon CVs!!! You can do better than that please!

In my opinion the two have already realised their misconceptions about each other. Trust is also there and that like you said has to be announced and made obvious to the world because between themselves they know where they stand with each other. Even the first time when Ishita's involvement with Param was questioned, Raman's silence was not because of any lack of trust on Ishita. He was forced to keep quiet because of Param's relationship to the family and the family would need proof more than Ishita's words. Hence Raman let Ishita go only to bring her back once her innocence was proved and also let the family realise how wrong they were about her.

Again this time Param gets access to Ishita's phone. Talk about originality 😕 Its just the treatment of the track that makes me frustrated yaar! Keeping fingers crossed in hope of better days!

I wrote a Ramayan on side tracks a while ago in Aani's thread ... In that I had pointed out that Amma's track is indeed an eccentric, over the top character who is childish at times ... so I have far ago resigned pondering over it.

Anyway, I still have hopes for a better future.

Lovely post, my problem is not param or Shagun but Ishita whose character is butchered to teach d other two lessons.
They might show Ishita falling in params trap n being quintessential abla nari n hero Raman coming to rescue out of this but still Ishita invited trouble herself 😆

Bhanu it is a lovely post. Anatomy of Ishra dynamics done very well. The current situation reminds me of a movie I watched back in the 90s. YRF movie Aaina. For those who have not seen it, the synopsis is:
Amrita Singh and Juhi are two sisters. Amrita looks beautiful, is ambitious and wants to become a model and a movie star. Juhi is plain looking. She generally wears whatever Amrita discards. Amrita makes fun of her looks. One day , at an exhibition, Amrita bumps into a wealthy Jackie Shroff. He falls in love with her and proposes. Amrita is not eager for marriage but agrees. On teh day of the marriage, she runs off because she gets an offer to work in films. Jackie feels humiliated but marries Juhi instead.
Jackie and Juhi do not share bed. The have no physical relationship. But slowly they fall in love. The confess. There is a dance and song sequence. Then Jackie lifts Juhi in his arms and returns home only to see Amrita sitting in their living room. Amrita cries saying she did not get the film, has no work, no money. Her parents have thrown her out. Juhi feels bad and asks her to stay with her and Jackie. Jackie does not like it but agrees for Juhi's sake. Amrita realizes that Juhi and Jackie do not share bed, sleep in different rooms. She decides to seduce Jackie back. She pretends to cut her wrist. The family takes her to the hospital. The doctor calls Jackie and discusses something in private (the viewers do not see this). When Jackie brings Amrita back from hospital, she takes care of her. So much so, that he even prevents JUhi from doing anythign for Amrita. Jakcie does everything. Juhi feels sad. She confronts Amrita who says that Jackie still loves her.Juhi feels sad and leaves the house. Jackie returns home and asks Amrita to go out with him. He drives. He speeds. Amrita asks him to stop. Jackie says she was ready to die for him by cutting wrist. So why not die together... Amrita gets scared and jumps out of the speeding car. Jackie stops the car. He shouts at Amrita and takes her inside the house which he had built for her before marriage. The room is full of mirrors. He breaks an aaina and shouts at her for each of her misdeeds. At the end, he says he loves Juhi and JUhi only and that Amrita can never be as good as her. Amrita realises her mistake. Her parents take her back. Jackie marries Juhi again, this time Juhi is in a new bridal attire.
I found this Ishita bringing Shagun home very similar to this plot. Shagun wanted to model, etc. She leaves Raman. Now Ashok has thrown her out. Ishita brings her home. Don't know if Shagun will try to claim Raman back. But I guess this time, Raman actions and words will tell Shagun once and for all, that he has moved on with Ishita. It is Ishita he loves...there will be heartaches though...
