Implementation is the clarion call of the day

Things are looking pretty grim for the Bhallas. Romi is in serious trouble and the Romi escapade has assumed sinister overtones. In our country our laws, the prevailing system,our culture and our civic sense is not wanting in any way and things are in place ,but at any given time ,no matter how important and serious the matter may be it can be explained away,displaced from public memory,pushed into deep recesses or archives,often quoted for academic purpose but never dealt with or implemented -why. We are a population of highly intelligent beings with a long history and every possible experience to draw upon and a great English speaking nation as well as having a heathy respect for the English language which is the custodian of knowledge as it is the Lingua Franka of the modern world yet nothing gets implemented.I don't know if Romi's criminal activities will suffer the same fate like what is happening in many parts of India today.
