It's not special effects. It's camera tricks. These things are shot a certain way by creating illusion. The walking part is an angle trick in tight frame. They didn't actually show tejo lifting J off the ground. I'm not sure how they shot the part where tejo comes and lands J onto truck. Coz there u c her actually holding J. Abhisha have made a vlog on the accident sequence which will be out later today. Might get to c bts of not sure. Have seen props used for these kind of shots before. Not sure how they did it here.

Pri is taller than Isha and stronger too no doubt. But isha weighs more so to lift and walk around may not be possible but she can hold her in a frame for few seconds i guess.
