My theory is this actually. Last day, after Vittal mystery is solved and Asha is caught, she will reveal that she's not the asli kaathil of Malhar. She will reveal that it is Avni. And she will say that all three planned to swindle the Ranes.

But alos could be the case that Asha exposes Avni and her character is arrested and sent to jail as well.
