Sunil Dutt had acted in dignified roles all along his career. One of the reasons for the success of his films include the quality music that existed in his films. In Bimla Roy's Sujata, the song "jalte hai jiske liye" sung by Talat Mehmood and picturised on Sunil Dutt became a landmark hit.
