Best evaluation system in reality show

Which is according u is the best way to judge talent in a reality show?

a>> By public voting

b>>By judges

c>> equal weightage to public voting and judges

According to me equal weightage to public voting and judges is better way to judge talent. I also feel show like boogie woogie judges make excellent judgement.
