A guy is standing on top of a tall building and threatening to commit suicide. Angad, Savita and a group of people are trying to tell him to not jump. At which time a Lady police office comes and says that committing suicide is a crime in India. If he jumps and dies then that is good, but if he lives then the government will make his life miserable. He then decides to come down.
He comes down and talks to the inspector, Angad and Savita. The lady inspector asks him why he wanted to jump. He says that his name is Sundar. He says that he has been trying to get married for a very long time, but everytime he tries to something bad happens and the marriage does not happen. Either the girl runs away from the mandap, or her first husband comes back. He even tried to marry a widow, but god only knows from where but her dead husband comes back alive.
The inspector tells him that he came to the right place. Angad and Savita have their own marriage bureaus and can get him married. The lady inspector tells him that they will do it, or you come back and let me know. She then goes away. Angad and Savita run away from the situation.
He comes back to their place of work, and gives each of them a letter written in blood. He also tells them that he has blamed them for his death, and will give a letter to the lady inspector (Jaswinder) also. He then leaves.
Later at Bandhan, an old man comes to find a husband for his daughter. His daughter happens to be the Lady Inspector, Jaswinder.
Savita and Angad get together and decide to get Sundar and Jaswinder married to each other.
Sundar meets Jaswinder at a restaurant. Jaswinder calls him a coward and insults him. He jumps up and yells at her that he is not a coward and that no matter what happens he will not marry her. Seeing this side of him, she falls in love with him. And she says that no matter what happens she will only marry him.
Since then she tries to tell him she is sorry and wants to marry him. She gets on his scooter, she garlands him at a temple, she sends roses and sorry cards thru other people. But he still refuses.
Then she decides to commit suicide from the same tall building. Sundar, Angad and Savita come there to stop her. She says she is sorry and wants to marry him. She counts till five, and then will jump. As she is counting, Angad and Savita try to convince him, and he remembers the moments with Jaswinder.
He tells her that he forgives her and tells her to come down. She is very happy and comes running and hugs him.
Later that night, on the computer. Desiboy says that they should decide where they should meet. She suggests a place. Desiboy does not like that place, so he chooses something else. Koolnari then says that we have different tastes. Desiboy says that, kahin aisa na ho, ki hum miley lekin hummare soch na mile. So Koolnari says that we will stop thinking where we should meet. We should think first whether we should meet or not. And the screen divides into the two of them thinking.
