i think Rimjhim (samir_soni) has said enough for why we need rules. so lets put up some rules and be abide by them
1. Do not do any personal attack to any member.
2. Do not post in caps. it means shouting and rudeness in IF.
3. Do not call mean names
4. Do not quote unnecessarily. if u wanna reply any1 on the threat do it like this- @user ID, or make the members ID bold. if that post is just above ur 1, then use -^^ this sign
5. Do not post replies like 'thanks', 'thanks for sharing', 'tfs'. use the thankyou button instead. and reply useful thought if u want.
6. Do not bring up old topics to the front page.
7. Provide source/link while posting any articles.
8. Last but not the least, DO NOT break IF COC
