I love food and cooking! Is anybody active on this forum? Since there is nothing else for me on this forum to discuss and I am bored most of time I can only think about what I am going to eat next.

Not recipe,  but just keen to know the substitute for khoya in many recipes
These days,  I'm searching for many recipes but most of them include khoya    ..  Can it be substituted?

Perfected a restaurant style paneer recipe today!

Used slightly sauted onions and sauted tomato-cashew-almonds and pasted them separately. Also made 2 spoon amount of white poppy seeds paste. Fried some garlic ginger onions chilli kasuri methi etc and added and cooked the pastes, added spice mix before adding paneer. Made a sweet mild curry using these 3 pastes as my curry base. You can use cream or milk as well to get better taste.

Grated some paneer and cheese for garnish.

That's quite useful. I love recipes with garlic!
