I don't think even while being drugged she will confess. In christmas party also she never disclosed that both were married. She might confess about ANI intentions towards Arshi and put him on the spotlight. Today dialogue of Jhanak, that if he keep doing this i have to tell the family about ur intentions should have significance. So i think this is going to happen . If ANI hurt Jhanak, then Jhanak will also hurt hiim by putting him on spotlight. Hurt ka badla hurt se hi hoga.
