Side Note - I personally would not judge him, if he ever felt a physical need for J, like he did during his bday epi, following which he could not bring himself to hug Arshi coz that made him uncomfortable and probably felt like cheating J !
Coz emotional and physical compatibility are two sides that sail a relationship, you cannot have the first with out the second, unless this is a platonic relationshipp they are headed for. With the kind of love he has for J, he is bound to have the physical need too.
In the bday epi, J felt a physical tug too, which is completely natural and expected as well !
Plus, if anything, a physical connect would help bridge the gap !

I could see a child who is craving for his mother's warmth and embrace during his sickness...he probably never got the opportunity to be like this when he was a child...he was craving for love...& Jhanak's presence around him gave him that..Jhanak embraced him..it healed so many wounds inside him which were there for soo many years...
A malady that is healed not through medicine but by the magic of love..
Ani is surely Neighbour's envy and Owner's pride! Jhanak is surely one lucky girl to have found someone like him who loves her like this....but she also has to be extremely patient... untangling his complex knots one after the other to discover his beauty...
