No, he wasn’t. infact whole AP was against BJP for backtracking their promises. but for the sake of Andhra Pradesh’s development, it’s Pawan who convinced CBN and BJP to reunite. CBN also realised Without central Govt support, it’s impossible to achieve his goals, i.e AP development.
