Not exactly relapse dear. I hv nvr come out of it fully, but last 3 yrs it got severe. Now its taken form of psychosomatic disorders as well, so its a never-ending battle for me. But having lived with it for over a decade n half, I am used to it. Yet, recent negativity in drama did affect me
I was lucky enough to find good psych, be it US or India, just that I regret my decision of discontinuing medc & thinking I will fight it by own mental strength....that was a decade long struggle. But with a genetic disposition for CD frm both maternal & paternal sides, I cnt fight it w/o meds & therapy (somethng I refuse).
I'm very sorry to hear abt ur experience with Psychiatrists in India, if they dnt knw wt to speak, they shd've simply shut up & done their job of writing prescriptions & guide u to a psychologist instead. But mental health is not even a topic that ppl really discuss here, even I faced this firsthand

Sorry to hear that, psychosomatic disorder can be debilitating. I have experienced it too and it took 2 years of intense therapy and thought correction to come out of it. I still feel my chest pain at times and suffocation for no apparent reason except I feel depressed that day. It's tough but hang in there. You can do it. there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. 
Yeah, I was on continuous medication for 8 years until the doctor told me to get off afraid, I would get addicted as I had a pretty high dose of Duloxetine/Cymbalta for over two years continuously at that point. It sucked initially and I had withdrawal symptoms but finally managed to go medication free for the past six months. It hasn't been an easy journey as I feel I am on a slippery slope most of the days, but I manage somehow. One piece of advice as a fellow depressed person, never go off medication unless the doctor advises you to. Withdrawal symptoms can get pretty bad in our cases.
Our parent's generation cannot even understand what depression means, the first time I told my parent their response was Grow up and stop whining about life, some people don't even have food for the next meal. You have much more comparitvely, so what are you complaining about? It took them seeing me strapped in a hospital bed to understand my condition was pretty serious at that point. I swear their entire outlook changed after that. It's still a struggle for them but if explained well people understand eventually. More awarness should be made in India for these sensitive issues.
Ani has been consistent in one thing.. he can never forget his zimmedari. He can sometimes talk nonsense about his zimmedari.. but never let his zimmedari get away..🤣
Uski mudda hi galat hai. His definition of Pyaar and Zimmedari is totally skewed. 
I think for ani the point was Jhanak accepted his request and obliged him by wearing different clothes!

Let’s see whether ani gets a hint or not after jhanak loosing senses or he will just take it as a heat of the moment. After this if they show ANI going on date with Arshi it will make him look a cheater only. Never thought of jhanak loosing out on her emotions. Bengali baabu ne expect nahi kiya hoga ki ise birthday par itna acha gift milega which he never would have imagined. The hug will be intense one
