I think thats the key point in this. Arshi was Aniโs choice way before he even met Jhanak and he loved Arshi or atleast thought he did. They are trying to show he loved her because that is all he knewโฆ shes so similar to his family. Even when ani met jhanak he was still quite rude as a person but was soft with jhanak and her mom. She made him act in a certain way with love and not in a way he has been conditioned with. He's only not acting on his feeling because he does not gave certainty from jhanaks side and without confirmation he would be stupid to leave something he has had for a quite a few years. After all in his head it could just be impulsive thoughts.
I donโt know what will happen but makers need to actually focus on love story because side character storyline with taunts and speeches is not increasing trp and YRKKH and GHKKPM caught up this week. This past week storyline looks like last minute thing done by makers to delay actual story. So when IPL finishes and trp of all shows goes back upโฆ Jhanak will increase more as that is when interesting actual story will happen.
